Some people have vivid traumatic memories from their own unfortunate life experiences. Pics like that could trigger something else in them, like think ptsd I hope this makes sense maybe witnessed a car accident for example and struggled with what they seen.
I think she thinks those trigger/graphic content warnings are there to allow people to turn a blind eye...it's not....it has a wider scope. People can have serious reactions, she herself looked like she was having a very minor panic attack over that image...think of someone who has been disturbed with images like that in their own life then stumbling across that....sorry for the ramble I hope that makes sense

I would rather he proposed to like this than some half assed proposal in the living room . One of my friends husband proposed to her in the kitchen after she made dinner. Couldn't disagree more, he's paid someone to put the thought and effort into it. Would have meant more to me getting proposed to in my living room with our child there and being able to see family and friends rather than a blown up picture of the child and face timing loved ones. I just looked at Brendan’s story and he has a trigger warning up, so she has chosen to see those stories of the horrific footage coming out of Palestine. I saw Alara in Dunnes in Ballymena today with Neils mum. I have two observations:

1. It’s fucking terrifying that strangers can identify a child and know their name from social media! She was walking behind the granny which is so unsafe anyhow but extra stranger danger given that she’s shared to thousands on social media!

2. Why filter a beautiful child? She looks quite different in real life and it’s sad how edited/filtered she is. There’s honestly no need!
