Does anyone know around what time of year/month Liv and Joe got divorced two years ago? Joe posted some stories a few days ago celebrating his 2 year anniversary with his current girlfriend, I wonder if there was some overlap.

Liv announced the split in Sept 2022 but I think they split months before that. Maybe six months before she announced? Could have been longer. I remember people here were speculating for a while about the split before she announced it.

I had a quick look on Rightmove and don't see her house on there, but wouldn't be surprised if Liv had the listing removed (or maybe I just missed it).

I always liked her house and wonder about the reason behind the move. Maybe just moving in with the new guy and they want a fresh start in a place of their own. I can't remember how long they've been together/if they'd be buying property together at this point, but I think that's him in the background of one of her latest stories looking at ovens, so seems like he's involved.

I thought they were in or around Crystal Palace because she posted about her local cinema and it was an Everyman I recognised.

I think it’s fairly probably that she was the bigger earner in the relationship, so more likely to have put more into the deposit or the mortgage when they owned it together.

I’d lean towards it being more of a fresh start decision, unless the mortgage came up for renewal and the change in interest rates since they bought it made it tricky.

I know the rough area and the sort of house/rough market price to narrow down a Rightmove search and can’t see anything sold that looks like it… maybe I’m wrong, they continued to co-own for Arlo’s sake and actually Joe has bought her out…? I just don’t see his work paying enough to afford to buy somewhere, unless he has really taken off since I last saw him on socials…

I think he has a “normal” day job on top of the photography. I could be wrong there though.

Came here to say this. They are unjustifiably expensive....and Liv just said she hopes to be using it for a long time....good luck getting your baby in there in a few months time. It's ridiculous how expensive they are and only inwards face.

A normal Mum wouldn’t spend hundreds on a baby carrier that only faces inwards. Liv will have a gifted new one by the time her baby wants to face out though

Has anyone signed up to her Substack? I was subscribed to her Sunday Duvet email from a couple of years ago so got the free ones these past week or so. I love her style but the clothes she linked to were all super expensive!

Have followed Liv for years and years (since around 2012) and have always really liked her. But it really annoyed me a few weeks ago when she finally admitted to rehoming Maggie because she couldn’t cope with her a few years ago…only to go get a new puppy this week.

Did she say where she re-homed Maggie to? I think I assumed (hoped) she lived with her parents.

I’d imagine because of her divorce. Either Joe had a share in it and she had to sell or just to have a clean slate and start over in a house that’s just hers and Arlo’s.

Is she still with the new boyfriend. I don’t subscribe to her paid newsletter but I get the free emails and it kinda seems like she’s going through some things?

They divorced quite a while ago though! Unless Joe needs to sell it now in order to buy a new place maybe…

I seen this too but I've forgotten his username! Are they still doing it? I remember seeing them selling a Charlotte Tilbury serum that hadn't even been released on sale at that time, then looked and seen a lot of beauty/fragrance PR things for sale and previously sold.

On one hand I think why not, but on the other I'm not sure, it's a strange one. It would be nice to maybe do a giveaway bundle as a thank you for followers, or even sell with part of the sale going to charity, as this can be done on eBay.

I had a lot of time for her but unfollowed recently, basically when I found out she’s been secretly selling her free, gifted stuff on her dads eBay. She’s one of the few I still had a bit of respect for so that really disappointed me.

She’s gotta fund her Waitrose shop somehow…
