As much as I would protect my child, if a doctor advised me about a test or procedure I would go with their opinion

Another little subtle remark on temple street!!! That was my only issue with the whole chat. I know people to that have taking kids of formula before the year (for many reasons) and I do feel every mam does know their children best. For me formula was the best for my children a regular brand in the shops thankfully
She can’t help herself. Her superior attitude is so disgusting.

Nikki and Gav both need a hefty dose of cop on. What planet do you have to be on to not realise pooing 6-10 times a day is not normal?! His intestines are obviously irritated if that's going on! I don't even have kids and I realise that. She is actually unbelievable.

The babycentre answer she has shown looks to me like its about a newborn who's on milk🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ not a 7 month old who's on solids. He does look healthy, but I personally would be worried by 6-10 poops a day, and worry food is going through him so quickly his digestive tract isnt absorbing enough of the nutrients he needs.
Shes his mam and has to choose what's best for him, and the consequences if she's wrong. Though she'd probably blame the medical professionals shes ignored🤷‍♀️
My main gripe is her sharing this. She says she's not influencing anyone to copy her, but there will most likely be some inexperienced gullible parents who will.

He’s 9 months.. Just want to correct you because we all know nikki picks up what’s not correct and runs with it.. my newborn had a dairy intolerance and was pooing 8-10 times a day it was absolutely awful, the poor little mites bum was red raw from it.. I can only imagine what sonny’s is like especially as she doesn’t use “medicinal” methods to help

Bet she won’t even use sudocreme

Did she not say he wouldnt poo for 6-10 days and she had to help him? I dont think she said 6-10 times a day.

How you wouldnt help the child after 3 day is beyond me. Let him go 10 days without a poo??!!
She said he didn't poo got 6 - 10 days and since she has changed his diet from formula to this oat milk he's pooing 6 - 10 times a day

Sure why would u take the advice of scientists or doctors she prob doesn't want to spend the €20 on a box of formula seriously if u don't want to spread mis information then keep it to yourself!

Oat milk has no nutritional value whatsoever for a child...... no dietician recommends this the baby needs formula up to 1 year even try a soya based or dairy free formula aghhhh that poor child his stomach is going to be absolutely ruined

First of all, hey nikki 👋. Now the fact that you did a big story about how it's your choice and it works for you ( think the baby is gonna have future issue honestly) but them shared a screenshot from Google with the phase "just sayin" is exactly why people don't bleepin like you! Cause even though "it's what's right for you" in your mind it's actually what's right for everyone and your so narcissistic you had to share a screenshot from Google which is actually only another person opinion and not correct. Believe me you are gonna be very very thankful for temple street in a few years. And again you are not better than anyone else nor are you smarter.

Also if you look in the right places you will ALWAYS find the answer you want on Google. Guaranteed somewhere it says that grass is blue and the sun is purple! Screenshotting that and posting it with your "just saying!" doesn't prove anything, and just shows your lovely "I'm always right" attitude!

Yes! Formula/Breatmilk is recommended to be main source of nutrition up until 12mths. Her information about breastfeeding is incorrect. Pooing 6-10 times a day means he’s not even getting the chance to absorb the multivitamins that’s she supplementing. There has been so many studies done on babies guts and how different things can affect & lead too - digestive problems. She may mean well but her information is incorrect and so dangerous for mothers to be/mums following her :(

Well said. My son is the same age as Nikkis son so I randomly check her page just for a point of reference I suppose. I have never commented on tattle life before but after watching her recent stories I had to come on to see if I was alone in being shocked. Nikki has shown that unfortunately we don't always know what's best. Hence why we refer to the experts for guidance on best practices. I am all for doing your own due diligence however, one should not be as narrow minded as Nikki when doing so. She is one of those ppl that has a little bit of information and thinks she knows it all. She talks about trying the various steps/formulas first before finally moving to the oat milk. She uses phrases like 'tick tick done' and 'you know when you just know' when speaking about each formula thay she tried. These statements show that she had confirmation bias from the onset and was simply going through the motions before settling on what she was always going to move to i.e. the oat milk. I have not heard her state that she did so under the care of a pediatrician/doctor/child nutritionist. She says she had no other options, but alas she had many the most important being seeking advise from people who actually spent years studying these areas.
