I was shocked to hear that too, and he's on oat milk too which is practically water! Theres soya based formulas there's even an alpro growing up soya milk fortified for children. I read a story before where a baby died of malnutrition because the mother fed it a vegan diet and only gave almond milk. I know Sonny looks the furthest from malnourished but some idiots could be watching thinking it's a brilliant idea.

Did she raise her other children the same, off formula at 6 months old? I'm surprised she didn't nurse the baby...
She did for a while sure didn’t she promote an on the go breast pump that she got for free but would cost us peasants €300+
O my god I had the same reaction - pooing that many times a day also screams something is not right. I’m in actual shock. I really am. I’ve seen mothers loose their kids for less. My close friend is vegan she gave her son aptamil and breast milk but raised him on a vegan diet he’s the same age as my son and honestly just as hearty. She uses doctors calpol antibiotics vaccines (esp covid. We have all questioned the mmr) What she is doing is cruel he’s 7 months he shouldn’t even be able to eat all the solids she spoke about. I do get that a woman knows best on their own kids especially their 3rd child. But seems as tho her mam have her a lot of advice and now she’s winging it? Either way that child is malnourished and she is getting really bleeping brave on her stories

What's her problem with dairy? Like she litrally sounded like it's something superior to not and that only peasants consume dairy.
You're right it's 6-10 days without a poo. So the poor child was massively constipated
I think the other posters that said she is winging it and that she has a superior attitude are spot on. I know mother knows best but I think she has quite skewed views on a lot of things and it comes across like it's more about keeping up appearances as opposed to what's the most beneficial for noy knly her children but herself
I thought she was breastfeeding him for the first few months? It wouldn't be unusual at all for exclusively breastfed babies to only poo once every 6 or 10 days after they hit the two month mark. If you're breastfeeding, that's something you should know, right? They go from pooping machines to freaking you out by not going for days on end. It's normal.
Now saying that, the discomfort she was describing is not normal so she was probably onto something. Either way, the child needs the calories. She's filling him up with nutrients which is great, but it's the calories and large content he needs to keep his weight up. I just don't think that oat milk is an equal substitute.
But look, none of us are in her house. We can't see the change in her baby. He seems like a very happy baby. Saying he poops 6-10 times a day when on solids sounds pretty severe to me.
It's sad that it sounds like she just won't listen to medical advice. Her before and after of the baby both sound unnatural. I really would think it needs further investigation. Hopefully she has a really great midwife who can see her concerns but also give her the best advice out there.

Isn’t it strange she always seems to have bad or negative experiences with doctors? It’s likely because her superior attitude doesn’t like the advice they give because she likes to think she knows it all and her way is best. Any child who goes from not doing a poo for 6-10 days & then pooing 6-10 times a day has an issue. That is not normal. Laughing at her I can’t give advice but does 100 stories making herself out to be the baby poo guru. She is a dangerous person.
Another little subtle remark on temple street!!! That was my only issue with the whole chat. I know people to that have taking kids of formula before the year (for many reasons) and I do feel every mam does know their children best. For me formula was the best for my children a regular brand in the shops thankfully
