I thought it was interesting that it specialises in "promoting" products. Not a lifestyle or content, ideas, creatively. It's a selling site and I presume that's the term her own legal team used to describe it. Clearly shows that the ultimate aim of the site is to encourage people to buy.

I think not being clear about ads, swipe ups etc is very unfair on others who do this correctly (which I thought they were all supposed to do?). I even see some saying if you use their affiliate link or code you will earn them a small amount.
