Recent purchases:

Kitten liner and mascara - both excellent, but the liner doesn't have a great deal of staying power.

Meet Cute Baume embrace - it's nice, pretty colour, probably should have got Epanoui instead. Do I need this? No. It's a £26 lip balm.

Skin tint - haven't used it because the shade isn't right. I've now tried 5 different shades and none match me (same with the foundation, I've tested every shade from 15 to 22).

Mist - I'm just trying to use it up at this point.

Velvet lipstick and Velveteen in Rain - nice but I really didn't need both.

Velvet lipstick in Affair - already had the Velveteen but the lipstick looks totally different. If you have MAC Taupe or Cafe Mocha you don't need this.

Excited to see new e/s palette(s?) coming soon.

Another vote for less is definitely more as you age, makes me feel quite sad that I have a drawer full of expensive eyeshadow palettes that I will not touch now (unless I want to look like Danny La Rue-see told you I was old!).

I’m absolutely loving the skin tint, I’ve also emailed them for help on foundation but not sure it’s going to be as good anyway so I’ll just stick with this for now.

I bought the glow stuff but it’s not as good as the Charlotte Tilbury stuff (for me) and it’s really quite small.

I took a gamble on the Skin Tint. I have very oily, acne scarred skin so I was a bit unsure about if it'd be suitable. But it's great. I got the shade T13 and it's adaptable enough to suit my greenish undertone with no problem and doesn't have any kind of ashy nor oompa loompa drydown. I don't generally like full coverage despite my scarring, but this had a good amount of blurring. I also like that it applied smoothly using just my fingers and left no streaks or patchiness. Very happy with purchase. ☺

Has anybody with super suuuuper oily lids used the powder eyeshadow? Are they any good or will my excessive oiliness just eat them up? Had my eye on a couple of singles, but not sure how they'd cope!
Have you tried NARS smudge proof eye base? I have v oily eyelids, and I can use any eyeshadow if I use this, usually with zero (or only minimal) creasing. Lisa uses it herself, but I’ve been using it for years (*Sali Hughes face*)

That makes sense and I understand her thinking. I just wish she didn’t have the tell tale indents in her wrist from wearing a hair tie, shoddy manicure and (in my opinion) tacky bracelets. I mean this is her job right, unless it’s a side gig?
It’s not a hair tie; it looks like a thin braided leather bracelet. I’m grateful she showed the swatches (they look better on her video, actually).

The bracelets are a smart and easier way than watermarking photos to prevent another influencer reposting em as their own

I've always been the girl who prioritises sleep over make up I'm a bit of a sloth 🦥

Every time we've gone out since I bought the tint I've worn it as it's so quick and easy and tones down some of my redness. The shade and define in 0N is the perfect pairing too.

I've only got the denim one. I really like them so would like another. I'll check out the Rouges when I am in London next month, maybe if I like something I'll get it as a Christmas present to myself. I do with the pouches were a bit bigger. I use it to store all my power cords when I travel 🤣
Get the Liberty one if you can! It's the perfect size if you're looking for something in between the velvet ones and a large toiletry bag.

I got an autumn kit during the double points offer, and wasn't expecting how much I would come to LOVE the Liberty bag! Actually I was inspired by the lovely @Missmopps post (pasted below) about travelling with it. I've now taken it on 2 mini trips (within UK) since I got it and it is perfect!

It carried as much makeup as I needed for the weekend, travel-sized serum, full-sized moisturiser, travel-size makeup brush, my supplements, medicines, comb and electric toothbrush body, and there was still room to move my hand around in it. Because of the soft fabric body it compressed nicely into my travel bag when I had little space to spare. First time I haven't needed to take more than 1 makeup pouch somewhere, so it's great.

It'll be nice to compare size with the smaller pouch when @MiffyBay posts pics.

My in flight hydration kit. The lippie is Epanoui. I have my Lisa sculpting pencils in the bag as well. Love that makeup bag. Ages ago the Liberty SA said Lisa was going to release a travel size mist for flying. No sign as yet so have to make do with Emma Hardie

Reading her replies on Instagram, it's not...

Blush
Moisturiser
Setting powder
Concealer

I've watched the video so many times and can't tell what it might be 😂

I’m a big Lisa fan and her customer service is top-notch. They matched me perfectly for the tint and foundation (T3 and 5). I love both and wore the foundation on my wedding day. The cleanser works perfectly for my skin too.

The only fail for me is the mascara and that’s because I can’t wear non-tubing mascaras without smudges, I love how it looks for day though and the eyeliner is fool proof. The spray is fine but I wouldn’t repurchase as I just found it a little joyless.

I like Lisa’s no-drama style but does anyone remember when she did a sarky post years ago saying she wasn’t going to bother anymore as she spends ages coming up with videos and then people just rip her off? It was after she did an acne covering video and was clearly aimed at Pixiwoo. Lisa deleted it quite quickly and blamed PMT. It’s obviously forgotten now as I’ve seen Sam at Lisa’s launches and Lisa’s commented on their posts.

Same. The clues about vintage collection and inspiration points towards a compact, but that doesn't seem to be amazing enough to need such levels of intrigue when all her other launches have been without this kind of fanfare.

Could it be matching cases for products and a pressed powder? Like a compact, lipstick cases etc? Lisa loves a lipstick case.
Quoting myself because I sort of called it. I thought there'd be a powder compact case, but guessed lipstick case as well 😁

Please could you post a review when you get it? I'm thinking of this one too but the sparkles are putting me off and it seems really pale so I'm not sure it'd show on my lips (for reference, I got a couple of the lighter Luxuriously Lucent lipsticks and they were some of the worst lipsticks I've ever tried both in colour pay-off and lasting power).

I had to make a purchase (a Lurex) to prevent my 3,000 points from expiring, but I'm going to be losing my Emerald status next month.
I've just received the Dreamy Damask. It's not really pale, I would say it's a mid wearable pink. The sparkle is very subtle. I also ordered the refill in Medici. That's a richer mauve pink, so more wearable than a plum on me. For reference, I have a pale complexion the skin tint in T4 is perfect for me. What colours do you have in the Luxuriously Lucent. I have quite a few of them and agree they don't last a long time but I really like how they feel. The velvet matt lipsticks don't suit me at all but I am knocking on a bit now.

Perhaps I am being a tad cynical but it was interesting that the lipsticks that she found were the closest matches for the new formula were all the ones that had recently been discontinued… 🤔
I picked up on the same thing! Very shrewd...

But why not also make the current lipsticks easier to recycle? Apparently it’s really hard to do with smth that has magnets in. (And I don’t like not being able to have my lipsticks together cos of the magnets pushing them away from each other)

I'll have a look through you tube tomorrow and see if I can find it. It's ringing a bell with me
Thanks. It was probably last year. I can recall her swatching about 4 shades from her cheek down to her jaw line to show you how to pick the best match.
I’ve swatched 8 shades from her sample cards and I *think* it’s between 2 shades - 2 and 5 which seem pretty far apart.
I may go into Space NK next week as I think I’d like to try the skin tint before the foundation. I feel I will be T2.
Is anyone else finding that as they get older that less is more?
If I wear a full face I feel I look older than if I keep it light. I can’t be bare faced if I go out so I think Skin Tint may help.

I‘m away for a few days and went into Space NK to get colour matched for the Skin Tint. I was so disappointed when they said they only had a “limited range” of LE products in their store. Limited? There were about 5 items in front of their till which you could have displayed on a small side plate! I have more LE products in my make up *bag!
I was so disappointed but not as disappointed as the poor soul who will have to colour match me from a make up free selfie via email - poor sod! 😆

*disclaimer - my make up “bag” consisted of several drawers full! 😳
I wonder if Lisa is aware of this situation? Did they say it was only temporary due to stock issues, or is this the permanent state of affairs? It’s hardly going to give a good impression of Lisa’s brand 🙁

The Liberty bag is a bit bigger and still on offer I think if you spend a certain amount. I’m working atm but can take photos of them next to each other if you like? what a great idea to keep the cords in the bag!
I would love this! The only option I've seen for my last few purchases has been the denim bag, so I have 2 of them.

Ashes of Roses is one I am eyeing but I really, really don't need more stuff! I do need to purge more of what I have. I'd gone through things, only swatched or even not used (ugh I am such a consumer), so thinking I can donate them to this local charity that gives women makeup, skincare, clothes etc for work, job interviews, that kind of thing.

Her team's Insta comments said the concealer was due in 2025, so it'll probably be the blushes as I recall there was some chat about these returning last Christmas and they never showed. There's a recent picture of Helena B-C on her Insta and the blush she's wearing was said to be "coming soon", and any questions about the blushes on her socials, the response is always cryptic.

Could be wrong, as I don't know how a blush could be made innovative and take 4 years to construct (but I'm sure the big brands will be waiting in the wings to copy Lisa's work).
