She isn’t even that big! But I’m sure she’s making mums that are bigger feel bad. You put on weight when you have a baby it’s a fact of life!
100% agree. I don't think it's fair that we're meant to use affiliate links but we don't get so much as a small discount as a thank you? I go out of my way to NOT use affiliate links. I don't see why I should when it's still going to cost me the exact same price it would if I went through the website. Why can't these companies actually do something more egalitarian and positive, like give the consumers the discount codes or donate their products to hospitals, shelters, food banks etc rather than further line the nests of already fortunate influencers who moan if they have to even spend a penny of their own.
It's so manipulative, they're all at it suggesting that anyone that cares about the "silly rules" is not a real fan and some jelous busybody. What does she mean “you guys won’t mind”??? Of course people will mind when someone whose whole life is gifted is given even more free stuff she can well afford herself! While orher people struggle to afford even basic items for their baby! Privileged spoilt madam!
This was on twitter today. The penny should have dropped by now for these influencers.. HF is not sustainableI just did a thing...
For someone to speak about minimalism and then do an ad for hello fresh, like come on woman!! All I ask is a bit of awareness!
An 'organic' way would be if she actually paid for products and then reviewed them honestly. On her stories today shes talking about going to an industry event with some brands so she can “talk to them about how best to work together because fundamentally the better they know about working with us in an organic and authentic way, the better it is for you guys”. THE BETTER IT IS FOR YOU GUYS!!! What planet is she on?!?! We don’t need her constantly advertising shit at us in an underhand “authentic” way, wow so “organic” thank you lily! My life is so enriched by you working with brands, how will I ever thank you!!! When are these influencers going to wake up and realise how pointless their jobs are
It really makes you question as a consumer where the money you spend is going. It really is gross that companies charge £22 for a single lipstick and then spend thousands on influencer freebies and blogger trips!Me as well. I think there is going to be a huge swing against all this. I think it is disgusting. How many people did they send 60 lipsticks to!! JFC what is wrong with the world
