It's ok, nice that they haven't gone too extreme and buy out of their means. Why is it leasehold though?
There are loads of areas where leasehold is a standard thing..I’m in the north east and everyone is freehold but my sister recently moved to the north west coast and practically all houses are leasehold..she was nervous of buying at first because of it but just everyone does it there 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m in the same area and my house is leasehold. To be honest there has been no difference other then paying like £2 twice a year…

What does leasehold mean? I live in Oz and I don’t think we have this

It looks bloody lovely!! 😍 can’t wait for all personality to be removed from it with a few coats of ‘Setting Plaster’
Can’t believe this was called a dooer upper!!

It’s not a doer upper. Absolute steal at that price too. I’m in the North, about an hour from Emma and we sold our house at the start of the year. We have a similar budget and would struggle to get anything like she’s got here. It would be so much more.

Also just tried to find her on an old SW insta I had, and she's blocked me 👀 I haven't used it for years but wonder why she blocked it 👀 its my snooping insta 🤪

I was thinking this. Maybe there’s something structural that came up in the survey

I didn’t expect them to get a fixer upper - crazy when you have 3 young children and they don’t seem that bothered by doing DIY. Understandable that they have moved to an older property as you get more for your money! They probably took advantage of the 5% deposit for the new build house as lots do for their first purchase. The house certainly looks bigger than their old house. I’m not a fan of the kitchen but the rest seems lovely and the garden will be perfect for the girls!

There’ll be an extension put on the back of there - kitchen/living area with bi-fold doors and a beige theme throughout.

Hardly a fixer upper. A bit of cosmetic work sure but it’s not unliveable

It’s scary. If I was her I’d be asking if there was a way to remove it from the websites.
Yes I’d be doing the same...but she can’t be too concerned about privacy as she’s posted photos herself that make it easy to find the listing 🤷‍♀️

Sorry this is so random but I really do not think Olive and Elsie go together as names for twins. They really do not flow well together.

I like that house although it does look like they might outgrow it quite quickly. I can't help wondering if there is a front Hall cupboard for coats and shoes. Three does not appear to be so I have to wonder where they will put everything for a family of 5.

Yeh I know what you mean and personally I think they don’t really suit those names either.
