It's ok, nice that they haven't gone too extreme and buy out of their means. Why is it leasehold though?
There are loads of areas where leasehold is a standard thing..I’m in the north east and everyone is freehold but my sister recently moved to the north west coast and practically all houses are leasehold..she was nervous of buying at first because of it but just everyone does it thereIt's ok, nice that they haven't gone too extreme and buy out of their means. I was thinking this. Maybe there’s something structural that came up in the surveyIt’s not a doer upper. Absolute steal at that price too. I’m in the North, about an hour from Emma and we sold our house at the start of the year. We have a similar budget and would struggle to get anything like she’s got here. It would be so much more.
It’s scary. If I was her I’d be asking if there was a way to remove it from the websites.I wouldn't like my 80 FB friends knowing where I lived, let alone 70k people![]()
Yes I’d be doing the same...but she can’t be too concerned about privacy as she’s posted photos herself that make it easy to find the listingIt’s scary. If I was her I’d be asking if there was a way to remove it from the websites.
Blooming found didn't think to look at STCAm useless and can't find the house![]()
Yeh I know what you mean and personally I think they don’t really suit those names either.Sorry this is so random but I really do not think Olive and Elsie go together as names for twins. They really do not flow well together.
