I don't feel right looking up anyone's birth certificates or personal paperwork, public or not, but especially not a child's who hasn't asked for a life in the public eye. A lot of celebrities use stage names for the media for their children so it's not a reach to think that the same has happened with Bear when his parents have been so fiercely protective of his privacy 🤷‍♀️.
The same way it's not that deep to discuss a name, surely it's not that deep to be searching peoples incomes, wills, birth certificates etc online. This is a gossip forum it's not the MI5 offices 😂
I couldn't give a flying duck what a stranger's child's name is, or who gets what in a stranger's will. I'm also not the one suggesting 'they' (whoever 'they' happen to be) are hiding the true beneficiaries of Liam's will, or Bear's real name. I haven't seen evidence of either. I have no interest in either. I'm simply stating that a Google search will lead you to a legal source of this information, if you're so concerned of a coverup. Not everything is a conspiracy.

I'll admit I may have jumped the gun by saying his legal name actually is Bear as, like I said, I haven't checked. But Cheryl/Liam released his (alleged) full name and date of birth, so it'd be easy to check, and would probably have been called out by Liam's stans by now if there was no record of this. Let's face it, they have copies of all the boys' birth certificates, Louis' son's birth certificate, and Louis' mum's death certificate (again, I haven't seen any of the documents themselves but have seen fans bragging about owning them), so it wouldn't surprise me if they have Bear's birth certificate (and Zayn's daughter's), and Liam's death certificate and probate records to complete the set.

I guess the media were definitely trying to get a copy of the birth certificate at one point, as there's a load of articles from back then about how they'd gone over the allowed 42 days since his birth and not registered him yet so were facing a fine 🤣

I saw Kate moved into a new apartment in Miami, not trying to be nosy but wondering how she would pay for that as rent in Miami is not cheap. She seems to be doing better which is good though.

I'm sure i saw somewhere she had said Liam paid her $20,000 a month which is just shy of $500,000 over two years if she saved it all and he paid her the whole time they were together...

I suppose other people who aren't famous adjacent do well enough for themselves on TikTok, so she might not be doing too bad for money.

As said above, if Liam was giving her the allowance reported, potentially she could have saved some, invested some etc or equally have sold on some of her higher end pieces of clothing and jewellery she bought from the reported 'clothing allowance'.

It looks like the trials for the "dealers" will be going ahead.

Seeing the timeline of transactions is so sad. You don't buy that much c in such a short space of time if you're just looking for a good time. He was clearly in a very dark place, poor guy.

He was seeking oblivion by the sounds of it, his alcohol consumption was high too. It's all so terribly sad.

Hopefully the 'threw himself into the void' bit is just an error in translation, as the Paynes don't need that debate rearing it's head again. 😕

It’s crazy how much his family and Kate lied to save Liams image…. He did have a phone and he clearly was using a lot to withstand that amount on what seems multiple occasions. They should be advocating for addicts and young musicians / stars and how destroying the entertainment industry is rather than make out that Liam was sober, didn’t have a phone, didn’t cheat on Kate and was an all round great father and in a great place because clearly it’s far far faaaar from the truth.

I met Leah Betts parents as a function and what a powerful couple, they really went into it and the dangers of drugs and it stuck with me.

Leah Betts‘ parents came to speak at my school and I’m sure it contributed heavily to me never taking drugs, seeing the impact on her family really hit home.

It's very crass, isn't it? That's the phrase they've always used though. I thought originally it was because they thought he'd jumped, but it looks like that's the proper legal term/translation of the legal terminology. No doubt the conspiracy theorists thrive on it regardless.

And unfortunately, that's led to a lot of misplaced hate. I still don't understand why people believed he was sober on the day he died, at Niall's gig, or during all the times he met with fans outside his accommodation; it was abundantly clear he wasn't. It makes you wonder how he passed the drugs test for the American visa.

With the phone part, I've wondered before if rather than the Paynes lying, he led them to believe he didn't have a phone, as he saw their contact with him as more criticism and nagging, rather than the clear concern it was. He's their son, and he'd already been resuscitated twice at that point, they'd understandably be out of their minds with worry. Likely some sort of frustration too, as as his parents, they saw his relationship with his own son facilitated through them and Cheryl, and when Geoff tried to get him to stay in whichever facility it was after the last OD, I can't imagine how he felt when Liam wouldn't stay.

What Leah Betts parents have done is noble and admirable, maybe the Paynes might somehow take up some sort of cause one day, but I don't blame them if they don't go that route, as inevitably it'd just place more of the media glare back on their grandson.

How do they screen for drugs? If it's a urine sample, he may have got a clean friend to provide one.

He was on a massive downward spiral when he died. I'm just sad he never managed to get in recovery and live a happy, healthy, sober life, like so many people do - eventually. I'm thinking of Bez from the Happy Mondays and that bloke out of Blur that makes cheese, and Pete Doherty, large and happy living in rural France.

That is a good point, most likely true about the phone.

I think them being truthful publicly in the end will lessen the blow for what actually happens with Bear, because one day he will read it all unfortunately but if they were open to the idea that this was all Liams doing, he was spiralling for years and the industry is not a safe place for young people. I just don’t think it’s helpful them all almost covering up and painting Liam to be something we all know was not the reality of his addictions.

I just know, when I found out a family member who died young was not what was painted and talked about it absolutely broke my heart when I found out when I was much older and it hurt me waaaay more.

Yeah that's a really good point, I've been in the same position as you and agree it's even harder the second time around.

Even if they don't do so publicly, hopefully behind closed doors Bear will have been told some age appropriate version, and he can grieve fully, rather than one version of his Dad now, and another in years to come.
There's no harm in even at this point him knowing that Liam was sick, and made a mistake before he could get better, but of course he loved him so much or something similar.

The phone thing is really weird. I don't believe his parents genuinely believed he didn't have a phone. And if he told them he didn't have one, does that mean he also lied to his cousin (the one he was close to that often posts about him), his sisters and Cheryl? They're are all on social media and probably saw Kate's reels where he was using one, did they not confront him? It makes more sense that he just blocked them as and when he didn't want to talk to them.

BIB I agree. We're constantly being told that if you're struggling with your mental health you should seek help, not suffer in silence, etc. as mental illnesses are no longer a stigma; yet when a celebrity dies as a direct result of their mental health issues, those left behind try and cover it up. He'd spoken about his mental health before, he admitted to having addiction issues, but by putting out the narrative that he was happy and sober in the days and hours leading up to his death suggests someone was trying to cover up his struggles. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they should have released all his private medical information, but saying he was struggling with his mental health or had unfortunately relapsed would've framed things very differently. Instead we had people saying he was clean whilst others speculated he was on heroin, and he went from being perfectly fine to not being able to look after himself and needing a full-time carer (i.e. Roger). I appreciate everyone was trying to protect his son, but in doing so they unfortunately fueled some potentially more harmful conspiracy theories.

Regarding the visa, celebrities with addiction issues have been travelling the world to work forever, but they all seem to get round it somehow. I guess the difference is if you're about to go on tour and bring in millions to the local economy, authorities are less worried about whether or not you're on crack while you're doing it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Seen fans are too much in her comments, seeing conspiracy that Liam didn’t have an Apple Watch and if he even did then Kate is clearly in control of it. Here shows he had a phone as well yet the weird die hard fans still think he didn’t and he’s innocent.
