Liam Payne #6

where is this woman getting this info from? I’ve seen her post stuff before that’s questionable about Liam.

I mean, makes total sense for Cheryl to be in charge and wouldn’t surprise me. The executor of my will is a close friend because we all know after death family become a bit grabby for items and money unfortunately so it make sense to have someone else you trust esp as the money was always for Bear. But also her claims that Roger is actually suing Cheryl by suing Geoff is odd, he’s not suing the estate he’s just suing Geoff for his “false” statements. What’s that got to do with chezzzza?
Lots of news outlets that have seen the court documents have reported that Cheryl is Bear's trustee over Liam's estate. That's been known pretty much from the start so it definitely isn't "breaking news". The rest is balls. The Argentinian authorities brought the charges against all those accused using the evidence they had at the time, they weren't acting on Cheryl's commands. Geoff hasn't been "finger pointing", he gave statements to the police which were leaked. And like you said, Roger is suing Geoff, not Liam's estate [and therefore Cheryl by default]. It makes no sense for Roger to be suing Liam's estate and for him to state he'd give the 10 million to Bear if he wins; he'd just be giving Bear his own money back.
I expect this women has had so much filler it's affected the functioning of her brain or she's just thick.

So going off new docs, the reports and fans going on and on at someone stealing his Rolex but turns out he took it off smashed it against the wall.

Hate following myself in a thread n all, but I do still hope there's an ongoing conversation about what is in place to protect young artists.

No matter what Liam eventually did, I'm sure we can all agree that the bright hopeful young boy belting out Sinatra and Buble didn't deserve his fate, equally that his nearest and dearest didn't deserve all the trauma and heartbreak either.

Drugs are tit, alcohol is dangerous, as is social media and fame exposure and I really hope Liam is the final casualty to this, but I really really can't see it.
I saw a video on YouTube of Liam singing "I'm Yours" by Jason Mraz at his Year 11 leavers service and it made me so sad. Knowing he started out as a hopeful teenager with a big dream and ended up with so many struggles 😢 He should have been supported to live his dream and not mistreated by managers and the media. He had such a light in his eyes back then 💔

As they bloody should… Roger was not there, he was not in charge of a grown adult man in his 30s. Hopefully these obsessed 1D twitter fans can finally start to realise that the boys are not innocent boys they have idolised on X Factor anymore and actions have consequences.
Magic 8 ball says "no chance". Those people will have #justiceforLiam inscribed on their head stone.

I've just read a raving comment about how the hearings were a whitewash because they didn't explore who pushed him. This is never, ever going away for some people.

Personally, I'm glad it's been resolved and I hope that his loved ones are able to drown out the noise from the peanut gallery.

Bit odd that, physically taking it off and then smashing the wall with it, you think he'd have just like punched the wall or something with it still on his wrist.

Just goes to show his poor state of mind that day I guess 😔

Roger has decided to talk to TMZ again *shock horror*.
He says he understands why Geoff said the things he said but he won't drop the defamation case until Geoff apologises. Is there anything to suggest Geoff has talked about Roger, either publicly or privately, outside of the statements he gave to the police? I feel like I'm missing something.
Message to Roger: Buy. A. bleeping. Phone. Stand.

Roger has also shown the DM the court ruling document [because why wouldn't he?]
The DM are now suggesting that the toxicology report says benzodiazepines, crack c and pink c were detected in Liam's system. Further down the article is a video, possibly from the beginning of the case, where a journalist states the prosecutor said there's zero evidence of pink c use; so who knows what's going on there.

The tit show continues.

Some of the hashtags on the IG posts I've seen are insane, I dread to think what's going on on X. One post was calling on the remaining 1D guys to "speak out" and another was insisting the fans will continue to seek justice and "the truth". The amount of energy some are putting into this I can only assume they're very young, don't have a house to run and have never suffered the sudden loss of someone they're close to IRL because whatever they're feeling now will pale in comparison to that. By all means grieve, but they need some perspective. It's not their fight to fight.

Liam's death is clearly going to be one of those celebrity death conspiracy theories, much like those of Marilyn Monroe, Kurt Cobain, and Princess Diana, amongst others. Despite all the evidence pointing to the facts, the stans will continue to insist he was murdered.

He very much was the sort of person who would have written a will. He wasn't some supermarket shelf stacker on minimum wage with a couple of hundred pounds in the bank. He was a millionaire, he had a legal team and multiple businesses and properties. There's no way he didn't have at least a basic will.
His manager and family would have urged him - even forced him, if necessary - to make one. And he might have seen the chaos that Prince left behind because he refused to make one. Nine years later, his family are still arguing, apparently, about who inherits what - all because he thought it would tempt fate to do it.

It's very sad that the #justiceforliam brigade focus on his last few hours, when the true justice for him and his loved ones would be better support for mental health and addictions.

No recognition of the impact though on the mental health of his loved ones, by making out he's been murdered when his death is tragic enough.

I just don’t get why? It’s obvious without footage and toxicology reports. He dropped his bag to the floor below, but his man bag on and hat in the space of minutes after being put into the room. It’s been clear he fell climbing down, he also landed on his back not his front so no one pushed him. it’s so silly

They don't believe in logic on X.
They're sending private msg to Maya etc and I'd assume his family as well.

It'd quite bizarre, and so intrusive.

They are making a truly tragic accident into an interactive murder mystery and it’s sickening.

Absolutely horrible, it's bad enough it happening full stop, but for Cheryl and his sisters there's little ones too who could easily pick up a phone and do not need to see any of that. As if they haven't got enough going on 😒

It’s almost worse that the press intrusion… the press are reporting facts sadly but making up utter tit is dragging on something that doesn’t need to be

Don't know if the press have totally reported facts though, they've still enjoyed far too much speculation on their part 🙄

Yeah, it's like this decision has sent them into overdrive. I saw a woman (not a teenager or tween) who has decided that this is part of a plot to kill off the whole of 1D, and Harry's next. She's deduced this from a series of "clues".

Every, single last bit of this BS is down to social media. Human beings are wired to fill gaps and find patterns - back in the day, you only saw stars off screen in magazines or recorded interviews. Now you see them in pap photos, fan videos, their own content, other people's content... People see just enough not to know the whole truth, and then they do what people do which is fill in the blanks. Sadly, those filled blanks are usually nonsense. I don't blame Harry for staying off social media. It's dangerous in so many ways.

Given the way the 1d fans have been since day 1, I think they were always going to turn band members dying into a conspiracy theory. Harry could die tomorrow and they would claim he's living a secret gay life in France because Louis went there 3 times while wearing a blue t shirt

He is sneaky though that Roger thinking of it, won't stop the lawsuit unless he has an apology from Geoff, but surely no lawyer on either side would agree to that even if Geoff did apologise, as the apology would basically be him admitting his liability for defaming Roger eurghhh

How old are the diehard Larries now? They must be mid 20's, surely? Time for a reality check.
That being said, someone at work told me, with great authority, that Louis's son isn't real, he's a hired actor. When I asked why, she said to prove he's not gay. It's 2025 not 1975.

It's sad and disturbing that Liam's death is being investigated by conspiracy theorists. Do they think he's still alive and his death was faked? Or he was murdered and it's been covered up?
