She can't be serious!?

What happened to 'Collagen is hocus pocus! It breaks down in your bodies natural acids before you see any benefits!'

Im sure these beauty products do the same tit (if not better) as yours.
She takes 2 packets a day? That's not the best advertisement for the brand... She's not looking great.

Dr Karl spoke several months ago about the negligible scientifically proven benefit from taking ingestible collagen like this one. Someone posted it in the You Beauty group and would you believe this idiot had the gall to say he “unfortunately hadn’t taken into consideration the most up to date research”?!

My God, I wish someone would edit Leigh's writing. We KNOW you didn't finish school. It's obvious. And we all mistakes. But when you've been working on this for a year and a half, and it still reads terribly? Get a sub-editor or professional to look over and fact check your writing. Here's some sub-editing for you; on the house. I don't even need a second hand Kmart bag for my time.
1. You haven't been in the beauty industry for 20 years. You're 40. You didn't start at 20. Fact check.
2. 'She was the beauty editor..for 'a really long time.' Be specific, not vague. How many years?
3. Comma after 'Australia's premium pampering destinations.'
4. Change 'to cater to' to either 'to cater for' or 'catering to.'
5. 'hosts one of Australia's biggest beauty podcast' should read 'podcastS.'

6. If you don't drink more water you might experience some symptoms of dehydration, including dry lips and skin. This should read: If you don't drink enough water, you may experience symptoms including dehydration and dry lips and skin.
7. Commas after '2021' and 'products.'

Her writing is so clunky. Number six in particular is just so awfully written, with such poor syntax. A high school student could write with more fluency. If this is all the attention to detail they can muster after 18 months, what have they been doing? Why launch? The video was bad enough.

its absolutely shocking isn’t it. It actually hurt my head to read their product descriptions and weird use of grammar. It is extremely poorly written, the website is absolutely terrible in my opinion. There’s nothing special about it- it’s the basic website package for sure.

It feels like they’ve launched in a rush. No countdown, no real lead up to announce, Leigh out at events on launch day, and Leigh still has paid partnerships going live with skincare today which is just confusing.

I actually don’t mind the packaging, but I like that weird 70s vibe stuff. However I can’t have kids, so they’ve very clearly excluded me from their target market despite tacking on the ‘but anyone can use it’ message.
It’s also very similar to the recently rebranded Epzen range, which Leigh has posted about.

Leigh has seen dozens of brands launch. Go To, Ultra Violette, Naked Sundays..and this is the best she's got with all the years of knowledge under her belt?

She has slammed him on her podcast too. Dr Karl, the nicest man, not mention has avtual scientific degrees so he might actually know a thing or two?

So is it scented or not? And why is the makeup on her neck not blended? This video's are so cringe. I just don't understand any of this. There are so many cooler ways to launch a product, why didn't they hire a PR/marketing team for the copy and launch?
How is that even her though?! It literally looks nothing like her!

Where to begin?!

Credit where it's due - if the packaging is sustainable then that's great - but I don't believe it is.
I like the video with the countdown, that was cool.
I think going after a pregnant first-timer is a clever strategy but a woman who is on her second or third pregnancy is not going to buy this tit.
The packaging reminds me of Gro-To/ Go-To but not as elegant. It reminds me of those giant lego blocks - is it duplo?
The messaging is confusing. Is it good for pregnant women? Or is it just not harmful to pregnant women? There's a big difference.
I want to see a comparison between this stuff and maybe bio oil or vaseline or ANYTHING ELSE that is similarly not harmful to pregnant women!

I actually feel really bad for LC. She wants to be the next Zoe FB but she should have held out for a better idea. I understand Tegan's motivation and clearly she thought she needed LC's connections. But she didn't factor in the damage that LC was going to do to her own brand over the past 18 months. I almost think Tegan should have done this on her own. She already has the distribution (the day spas) so she didn't really need Leigh.

LC has sunk all her money into this. She's selling bins for cars and buying povo umbrellas from DFO FFS! She's desperate AF and she's wearing the stress on her face.
Never start a business with a friend. They'll unfollow each other shortly.

Just breastfeeding my baby after jumping out of the shower. Used my cheap, 500ml Cerave fragrance free face/body cleanser on my face. Went all out and used a very heavily fragranced Glass House shower gel 💁🏻‍♀️ (but could have easily used the Cerave). After the shower used a fragrance free La Roche mist, followed by a fragrance free Revolution night cream.

I didn’t deliberately purchase anything because it was fragrance free or breastfeeding safe. It’s just that so many things are. The best advice is just to use whatever you enjoy 🥴

Some good points but I don't feel sorry for her. Not when she rubs free food in our faces when she can afford Chanel, LV and Balenciaga shoes, a 5k BV dress for her bday, paying for an entire party at Ivy for her friends, trips to Italy, Singapore, Maldives and interstate almost every weekend and so on.

Wasn’t it grifted makeup artist because she ‘supposedly’ booked the wrong date

Don’t get me wrong, LC is the reason I found Tattle. But I just feel pity when I look at her now.

What is going on with "The Butter"?
In all the advertising, it is marketed at 220g, then when you go to purchase it individually it is 200g.

On their website the size has been removed on the image of the container, but interestingly not for any of the other products.

There has either been a packaging issue between shooting promotional material and going live, or it is intentional deception.

Either way, assuming your customers are stupid and treating them like idiots will never end up well.
