Agree Bump would have been better and in line with Tiggas business. But then they would be limiting their audience so they needed something more broad. I give it 12 months. Their friends will buy it and some followers, but this will not survive, especially if they give away too much product to their influencer friends. They also should have started small with one amazing product (like a body oil for pregnancy marks) and then tested it before expanding. Silly!

However she tries to sell this ever so 'chic' range the name 'BRILLO' just sounds houseo. I mean 'Bump and beyond' would have worked better for god sake. And fit perfectly with Tiggas Bump day spas.
I think she really misinterprets the meaning of “chic”. Time for a re read of Ines de la Fressange’s books, Leigha. You try SO hard and miss the point entirely.

Has Mia (or any of the Mamamia crew) done a shout out?
Mia hasn’t. Reluctantly dragged myself to her page to see. Makes me wonder what she does with all that spare time she saves in not washing or brushing her hair. I don’t know who grates on me more - LC or MF

yes!! This would have been an amazing idea. Not yet another range of pregnancy products in an already crowded beauty market. I truly don’t believe they did enough research. The products are basic, the packaging and website is basic, there’s nothing groundbreaking here, it’ll all get lost in the sea of beauty products. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
i noticed that too and thought it was bizarre! And then when she says that she HAD to do the range because when she was pregnant there wasn’t anything available to take her through from pregnancy to postpartum… umm what?!? You obviously didn’t look hard enough love, there are a literal TONNE of pregnancy products available and as a pregnant “beauty editor” I’m surprised she wasn’t sent millions of them.

It’s all just so so weird and contradictory to everything she’s said in the past.
BIB - but if we were able to go back through her posts/stories when she was pregnant I’m sure we would find lots of products she used & promoted while she was pregnant

I’m confused how this is a groundbreaking brand.. No deep dives into the products, no show stopping ingredients either? The bottles are absolutely tiny, I would probably use one bottle for my entire body in one sitting?

I’m still trying to work out what the “gap in the market” was? How many times has Leigh told us that you don’t need different, separate products just because you’re pregnant? There’s loads of effective, fragrance free options on the market? How long until she spruiks this on YouBeauty?
Came here to say the exact same thing!!!!!!

totally agree with this! I think to be smart they should have started with the most wanted product during pregnancy, which is most likely a body oil. See how that went, then introduced more products. I personally only purchased one extra product during pregnancy and that was a body oil from a company that specialises in that sort of thing. I used my regular body wash and body lotion, and didn’t feel like I needed anything else.

This just feels really gimmicky and I think the end result will have it sold in packs in Tegan’s day spas after she’s bought Leigh out of her share in the company. Leigh has a bigger platform than Tegan so she needed that to begin with.

I thought they were generous until I realised they were body products 😂

So is it scented or not? And why is the makeup on her neck not blended? This video's are so cringe. I just don't understand any of this. There are so many cooler ways to launch a product, why didn't they hire a PR/marketing team for the copy and launch?
How bad is the make up! Invest in some blotting paper for the shine love. Also the tan is way too dark and I don’t know if it’s the tan or the make up but something is accentuating the hollows under her eyes, she looks like she aged 10 years! That is some scary tit! And I’m only being this witchy because she loves herself sick, which makes me feel sick

Mamamia will probably put it in as a recommendation at the end of Outloud, even though none of them have actually used it (like all the influencers posting about it who Haven't used it)

I feel like LC is trying to replicate the career or ZFB but it’s not going to happen. That launch video was so bizarre for someone who has worked in media over the last 20 years? It’s for pregnancy but the products don’t say that, because it’s also for everyone?! The logo and name is like something I would see in my nana’s cupboard because she hasn’t cleaned it out in 40 years. I also wonder where it is manufactured and what kind of slave labour they are employing?

The signature scent must be the scent of nothing? 🤔

I searched 'Brillo' in the You Beauty group to see who'd started sucking up to Leigh. Asides from Kelly M, the only other matches were for the scouring pad and someone referring to shampoo as 'Brillo.' I mean, who wouldn't want Brillo referred to in the same sentence as mould remover in their own You Beauty group 🤣🤣🤣 ah Leigh. Watching this shitshow unfold is as funny as watching you send all your haters here from your own AMA

Why does this woman always get free dinner? Do all her friends also know she’s incompetent?
