I'm wondering if they rushed it because everyone on Tattle figured it out and then Influencer opinions shared it? Leigh shouldn't have been so cocky with sharing so much trying to be so secretive. She should've kept her mouth shut about it all, then had a 48 hour countdown when it was all set to launch properly.
I simply don't understand the paid partnerships for other beauty brands and a crucial launch time?? This whole thing feels so rushed. Did she want it live before her Maldives trip or something??

I don’t hate the idea. It makes perfect sense with Tigga’s brand and that she’d want an in spa range to sell. It makes zero sense for Leigh, especially given her only child is already three and she very rarely discusses body products. BUT…don’t pretend it’s some huge gap in the market and that you’ve got a unique selling point. Firstly, women don’t need pregnancy specific products. Secondly, THEY ALREADY EXIST!!!

I was at Chemist Warehouse and Priceline Pharmacy today. The baby section of CW had shelves of unscented mum products mixed in with the baby stuff. Priceline had a whole aisle of unscented ranges - QV, Dermaveen, MooGoo, E45, Cetaphil etc. Plus obviously La Roche Posay and other unscented products elsewhere. How can you in charge a premium for a product like that?

Yeah I don’t get that, everyone knows there is no gap in the market. First time mum’s might latch onto the idea but everyone else….. will know it’s a gimmick!

Also of course not all families are close and no matter what everyone is entitled to grieve, but she seems to have only three photos of her FIL from their wedding? Any of gramps and Alexander? Anything more recent? Seems like they didn’t have a relationship with him?

And I get it people grieve in different ways but even her thanking her husband in her post today for supporting her this week? Call me crazy but it’s not about you love, it’s his time to grieve not support you! It’s all about her ALL the time, and maybe she should take her own advice on the kindness because until she was called out on it on this site she was a passive aggressive witch to her followers. Her “kindness” is fake.

In all the years I've followed Leigh, have any of you ever seen her reference her in-laws? I've never seen her say they're going to visit them, how special they are, what a great MIL she has, etc. Even if they're totally private people, she's never even referenced them in a spoken story. Ever.

My God, I wish someone would edit Leigh's writing. We KNOW you didn't finish school. It's obvious. And we all mistakes. But when you've been working on this for a year and a half, and it still reads terribly? Get a sub-editor or professional to look over and fact check your writing. Here's some sub-editing for you; on the house. I don't even need a second hand Kmart bag for my time.
1. You haven't been in the beauty industry for 20 years. You're 40. You didn't start at 20. Fact check.
2. 'She was the beauty editor..for 'a really long time.' Be specific, not vague. How many years?
3. Comma after 'Australia's premium pampering destinations.'
4. Change 'to cater to' to either 'to cater for' or 'catering to.'
5. 'hosts one of Australia's biggest beauty podcast' should read 'podcastS.'
6. If you don't drink more water you might experience some symptoms of dehydration, including dry lips and skin. This should read: If you don't drink enough water, you may experience symptoms including dehydration and dry lips and skin.
7. Commas after '2021' and 'products.'

Her writing is so clunky. Number six in particular is just so awfully written, with such poor syntax. A high school student could write with more fluency. If this is all the attention to detail they can muster after 18 months, what have they been doing? Why launch? The video was bad enough.

Ha ha I'm sure no one really enjoyed it but thank you I was just trying to make a point.. that if I can spot those in 5 mins, how has it been released publicly after a year and a half?! Lord knows how she can call herself an editor. She just have a sub working beneath her. I also love the line in there about Tegan having "spas around the country." Doesn't she have 2 in Sydney and 1 in Brisbane? So.... Hardly country wide.

Totally agree, she makes everything about herself. Get off Insta, stop hocking for a day at least and support your husband.

Why couldn’t she find some cute photos of the FIL with her kid? Maybe even share a few nice stories about him? Weird she has never mentioned them and never stays with them when they go to Melbourne, only in gifted hotels.

Rich is a massive doormat to put up with all her antics.
