I can't work out what's wrong with him. It could be some sort of long mental breakdown, it's also been suggested that he has NPD. I have no idea but he is very attention seeking. He's continually getting himself into trouble and seems to have no filter. Even when he has a valid point to make he goes OTT and doesn't articulate himself in a reasonable way. Laurence Fox is a very, very troubled and ill man, but that does not excuse his behaviour and I hope they throw the book at him. Upskirting and flashing usually leads to more serious sexual crimes - Wayne Couzens being a prime example. That piece of filth who killed Sarah Everard started down this road and his colleagues referred to him as 'the rapist'. Narinder is right to bring legal action - this should never be tolerated.

He was moaning on Twitter because Sainsburys tweeted about Black History Month, he said he would boycott Sainsburys, which seems a bit of an extreme reaction for a non racist.

He's caused some good debates in the past year. I don't agree with all he says but I am glad he speaks his mind and doesn't get scared off doing it. I can't see him becoming Mayor of London.

Richard A notably gave Graham Linehan a glowing review quote for his book which contained a lot of his anti-trans opinions. That made me see RA in a completely different light. Maybe he shares some opinions with LF after all.

Good for RA. Linehan has at least had the guts to put his head above the parapet with the nonsense that is gender ideology. I think Fox thinks the same on that issue - doesn't mean I think he's anything other than an over- privileged twat.

Like an earlier poster said, coming from a well connected family and going to a posh school will get you to the front the queue. But if you don’t deliver the goods then you won’t stay there. Fox has the problem of being an ok actor with a massive ego and bad attitude: there are numerous reports of his unpleasantness on set. After a while people get fed up with that and won’t cast him. Why would you bother when you can get any number of equally good or better actors to do the job who are also easy to work with?

Also, being unpleasant to a 'junior' employee can be counter productive in the long term. Cilla Black was well known for being horrible to the researchers, runners etc. when she hosted Blind Date. When one of the said 'little people' became a very senior executive at ITV they had no hesitation in cancelling Blind Date, Surprise, Surprise etc. and Cilla's contract, and apparently sent her agent a two line email saying that they no plans to work with Cilla in the future.
