Given she made a fuss literally yesterday when she had to buy the sun (for deborah) this feels hypocritical to the extreme.
She's so fame hungry and kinda using this awful situation a bit
Yeah, that was totally witchy and unnecessary. I hate The Sun as much as most people and have been critical of Deborah writing for it, but she's had that column for years now, so of course she was going to do a final piece when the time came and obviously her being made a dame was going to make headlines. If Lauren had any decency or class, she would have kept her feelings about The Sun to herself given the circumstances (and let's be honest, if she was offered a column in a national tabloid she'd throw her Guardian-loving morals straight out the window!).
I agree and sorry if I seemed rude. There's just so much about Lauren that I find unbearably hypocritical and I REALLY hope she doesn't turn Deborah's death into a whole drama about herself when the only people that really matter in all of this are Deborah and her family.

The comment that got me was a couple of days ago on her stories when she was talking about how overwhelming and emotional everything was and she couldn’t respond to all the messages - fair enough - but any requests for comments interviews could be sent to her agent! If I’m being kind I guess that’s easier to manage but it just felt really jarring. My friend is dying and I’m devestated, but hit me up for those press opportunities guys!not at all, totally got what you were saying all good

I don’t get the need to bare every little bit of your psyche online. Actually I do, it’s all about trying to project an image of being “brave” and “authentic” when really some things are best kept between yourself and your therapist.
Personally I think she only put that story up to be all 'look, i' m so popular i have trolls'. I'm sure most influencers get crappy comments without having a rant online about one.
She just wanted another excuse to be sweary because she thinks it is really edgy... Which i question whether it is in 2022.

Don’t watch Love Island so usually have no interest in Lauren’s nightly commentary (that I’m sure no one actually asked for) but had to laugh at her comment about the chat being “dead” and her wondering if it’s cos she’s 37. Yes Lauren, yes it is. You’re a 37 year old watching teenagers and 20 somethings flirt with each other. Of course you don’t find it relatable. You are old enough to be Gemma Owen’s mother (she’s the only one I know anything about!). You might try and dress, speak and act like you’re down with the kids but you’re really not mate! You’re as middle aged as your bad bowl haircut!
