She's in the control centre, so basically answers the calls that comes in. Has been there for years. She was only an active guard for about 2 years. That's why she gets away with what she does. Any other active guard would have been marched into the supers office and given a blocking!

Just because you're not in a station doesn't mean you're not "an active Guard". Laura was working in a station for years, not just two.

It does. She's not active. She's locked away in an office answering 999 calls. In terms of garda jobs - you couldn't get any less active. And can't a normal person like you or I not do that

There are 'normal people like you or I' who do civilian office work alongside Gardai who are 'locked away'. They are still active guard.
Im assuming she came off garda duties so she could continue doing social media as well. Like someone said here before you couldn't take her seriously as a garda when she talks about the crap she talks about on social media.... ovulating, periods, cheap naked nude photos. Thinking back now to a few months ago her on her bed with her massive comb over wearing a sexy black bra and a lumberjack shirt and the awful bed clothes it was really sad to see. Like someone out of a inner city Dublin brothel
If you think sitting in an office answering phones is the same as the guards on the street thats OK. But i don't!
The work isn't the same but they are both active garda.
