The company in Monaco, that she claims went bankrupt was the production company she set up with Patrick Drake to make their food travel series.
Caveat: I know feck all about business.
I think there is more to this than meets the eye. Patrick was a lawyer and worked in the City of London. I can't see him filing for bankruptcy?
The TV series their production company made was a success.
The company also had an office in London and was registered in Companies House. Now dissolved.
I don't know what I am trying to say but Patrick went on to establish Hello Fresh and he has another production company that makes 60 second chef and this has been successful.
He has gone on to great things while Kylie is still grifting.
Remember the comment about Patrick, that was reposted on this thread. That was personal!
Monaco is a tax haven.

how long has she been making videos? the oldest one I can find is just from 4 years ago, did she have another channel before?
Likely her work with Wayfarers and When Kylie Met Patrick. The latter goes back at least 8 years.

Theres a channel called kylieandpatrick on youtube goes back 7/8 years.
just looked it up, there are very few videos, it is interesting how her "career" seems to have backtracked and now all she seems to have is her youtube channel

Ha good spot @Eameismeee
I totally agree with the Mica comment mentioned earlier, in my opinion you can't broadcast and profit off of your personal life online and then get angry if not everyone likes it or questions it.
I think I remember her saying on a comment once that she doesn't mind people talking about her work but she does mind people talking about her relationship etc but much of her work/content she releases is centred around herself, her personal life and relationship (especially this recent year).
It has been completely her choice to share aspects of her personal life to hundred and thousands of people so I don't understand why she seems so outraged.
One of the benefits of living in a democracy is having the freedom of expression and the freedom to discuss and question things which don't sit right with you. I am completely against anyone who sends hateful or threatening comments directly to someone, but I think if something is released in a public space by choice then people have the right to have an opinion and discuss it. I think she seems to crave fame, but not like the price.
If she is 38 it makes that engagement video all the more embarrassing! Lol. It was more fit for making a child's birthday special.
Exactly! I am also against insulting someone or the family/ partner of that person, because those kind of comments are hurtful to all of us and I don’t want to inflict pain on anyone. Also, insults to me are signs of jealousy/ an inferiority complex or just lack of arguments.

However, in the last couple of years we have developed this „cancel culture“ where everyone has become extremely sensitive and no one can be criticized anymore. And if you do speak up, you are automatically labeled as a hater and that is the end of the discussion.
I am sorry, but I do not agree with this „If you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all“-mentality. If someone is obviously showing a racist behavior, I am not allow to tell him, because it is not „nice“?
Yes, no one likes to be criticized, but constructive criticism is such an important aspect of humanity. How else can we evolve and become better? Especially if you are an artist, criticism is such an essential element of your work and as a grown woman you should be able to take it.
And if I tell you that I don’t like your lip-biting, it is not because I am a jealous, weird hater (I am in a happy relationship myself and I am very happy with the way I look). It is because as a woman myself I do not like the over-sexualization of women in public (in your bedroom you can do whatever you want), because I think that it reduces us to our looks, leads to misogynistic behavior and sets the wrong example to so many young girls out there (the same reason I am not fond of the Kardashian clan). You can agree or disagree with me, both is fine. But you have at least to be able to engage in a conversation about it.

exactly, and the way people now seem to somehow link any kind of criticism back to the tragic death of Caroline Flack, as if it has any kind of similarities

@Ily Yes, exactly. There's a video she did in Spain with some man asking him what pick up lines work, which as they were demonstrating it was basically cat-calling. I forget how the entire convo went, but he did ask her if someone yelling to her from a motorbike that she had great legs would be a compliment and work, she nodded yes. I've posted a few times here I find her over-sexualization and mentality about a woman's true role to be offputting. But she would never address such things, IMO. She sees them as romantic, sexy and 'vintage.' Which, ok...but can we accept there are reasons they could also be viewed as demeaning?

I'm not sure if a business dissolved, that means it ended in bankruptcy? It could just mean for whatever reason she decided to not keep that corporation going after the series ended. I don't know. I did not look at all the documents.

yeah exactly, her constant harping back to how things were better in the past gives this impression imo. I don't think she gets she wouldn't at all be able to live the life she does with things like solo travelling as a woman if we were living in the 1950s

I think because another poster mentioned she was bankrupt in Rome. If it is connected to Stessa Onda productions, I have no idea.

Ily I agree with this. I don't wish to be specific about what I do, but part of my professional training was to learn to accept constructive criticism, in public fora, gracefully and thankfully. I certainly thought that Mica's criticism was objective and polite and wouldn't call it 'hate'. On the other hand, some of the subs on K's thread are making insulting remarks about the contributors to this thread.

I find this is the case with so many youtubers/influencers, they would never be able to do a "normal" job as literally any job requires getting and dealing with constructive criticism

Also, I used to follow MU gurus a few years ago. There is/was another gossip site geared towards influencers. The point often made was nobody forces these people to google themselves or read the threads. This is also an outlet where we "stay in our lane", rather than pose these questions on her own social media. Although some of us have and those comments were deleted anyway. 😅 But nobody here has posted anything cruel, and I also don't agree with posting "hate." The way Kylie has portrayed this forum as cruel or whatever is ridiculous.

Just goes to show how much Kylie loves Kylie to google herself 😆

In a past video Kylie claimed that her company went bankrupt and the subject was brought up again on this thread.
She had claimed she was broke and that's why she needed Patreon subs.
This doesn't appear to be the case and it looks as if the company was dissolved probably because her and Patrick split up.

I was just about to say, if it is her claiming it went bankrupt I assume it is not true and was just said for sympathy, it would be more likely to be true had she said she had dissolved it herself, people often lie about their companies failing

I never understood this venture, trying to sell clothes as, effectively, a random person must be insanely difficult.. and all the designs I saw seemed to be designed for someone very slim like her, basically limiting hugely her customers

She replied to some comments a while ago it is on hold due to Covid. It also seems to be a current question for her Q&A so maybe she will mention it.

That said starting a clothing or accessories line is a huge investment and risk. Not for someone who cried multiple times about paying rent and for food. I believe her sister is her partner in it?

I have just remembered something I was meaning to ask.
Remember in the video when Guido said "no one is interested Kylie"
In the car she started to talk about a new client of hers and then Guido cut her off and said "remember you have a wedding to plan."
Does anyone know what that was about? It appears to have been in the context of design/renovation. Is she taking on another new career?

A few of us wondered why Kylie left those clips in because they portray Guido in a poor light. That hasn't been her agenda up to now. Though I think the man has the patience of a saint. 😁
After reading the posts from those who have crossed paths with her I think he pissed her off and she was punishing him in a passive aggressive way.
Mica is right, she is manipulating her audience.
Is there any way, we can tell Mica we think she's great?
She said in one comment what has taken me 21 pages to say. 😂😂😂
