I don't mind seeing her cook if she focuses on that with anecdotes, instead of dancing and hip thrusting. And perhaps not being passive aggressive ,snobby or ignorant about other methods (In some ragú video she acted repulsed by the carne macinata/ground meat version....which is the traditional Bolognese ragú, and acted as if the whole meat version she did was some secret and "superior." No. She made a half-arsed Neapolitan version.)
I wish she would later film more in Florence, or maybe show the coastline. Anything but total countryside and playing housewife.

I've unfollowed her now, this forum has confirmed many of my thoughts and that bonkers engagement video was the last straw for me ha

I'm just glad to see more posters and opinions. I used to think I was crazy being suspect of her and not finding any discussion about her content anywhere.

Oh my God, yes! If I suggested something like that to my boyfriend he would probably leave me 🤣 (and rightfully so!).

yeah exactly, I think he must just be desperate to use her channl for advertising their rental places and has put up with it, I would LOVE to see how his friends (especially the male ones) would have reacted! I would NEVER stop making fun of someone for doing something similar

But she is creating a totally wrong impression of Italy that makes it seems that her followers can just leave their homes and jobs and find a fantastic life in Italy. It is a dangerous picture because many foreigners come here expecting to find this fake "dream" of Italy and end up losing their savings and a lot more trying to survive here and then have to leave and go back to their own country in a few months.

This is something I respect Nicki Positano for. She talks about the good and the bad but obviously the good outweighs the bad for her as she lives her life in Positano.
I remember her and Carlo did a Q&A about people moving to Italy and Positano in particular.
They talked about the negatives and the pitfalls.
Carlo spoke about how you need a permit to work but you can't get a work permit unless you live there. It's a circle of bureaucracy.
He said the best way is to have a 'mate' in Italy.
My 22 year old daughter said, thats Italian Tinder for me, I need a mate in Positano. I said so do I but don't tell daddy. 😂

For those that have crossed paths with, what age do you think/know she is?
Some of us think she is older than she states because her timeline if off. @Alessandro said above ^^^^ that she had been Italy for 15+ years.

Kylie is definitely quite a bit older than she claims! She certainly looks it in real life without all of the filters she adds for shooting herself in her videos. Probably why she won’t allow anyone else to film her. She is closer to 40 than 30. One of my friends that knows her thinks she is more like 45.

But baking under the Australian sun for years to keep her perma-tan has also burnt her to a crisp and may have prematurely aged her skin, making her look older than she is. Yet the timeline of where she has been from being a self-proclaimed ‘award-winning’ editor in Australia for the casino (she has never worked at a credible national newspaper or magazine) to living in Japan and Barcelona and then kicking around Italy for years means there is no way she can be the 29 she says she is...🙄

Well Kylie is not one to tell the truth about anything unless it adds to her carefully manufactured image. In Rome, she said her parents lived most of the year in Australia in Byron Bay and that is where she went for her yearly visits to see them - not the South of France...

I did a google search for a reference to her age other than the one she states.
I found the registration info for her company that went bankrupt.
It gives her year of birth as 1983!!
She was living in Monaco
I am not going to post the link because there is an address on it.

Great sleuthing! So that makes her age around 38/39 which would add up with all of the different places she has lived in for years...She certainly comes across as desperate for Guido to marry her asap and get all of that property and wealth locked down🧐

I just went to look and found that as well! Monaco and the Italian production name certainly fit. If anyone searches there are other pages listing the production company and the Monaco address. I'll just post this, instead.
