I like fraudulent also! Cuz there's intention behind it. Foolish can be accidental/stupid but fraud is always calculating not accidental.
I agree, @Spirit of place I think we avoid being nasty and go for gentle irony possibly ... I am not quite sure if fraudulent is a bit harsh.
So I would go for
‘Kylie Flavell faking, feigning and falsifying a foolish Tuscan Fantasy’. or maybe a phoney (sounds like an F) or false Tuscan Fantasy. But if the majority wants Fraudulent, so be it.

Don't know if we've tipped over this thread but just a PS this morning to say all the feigning, false, cloying, callous etc descriptions are our opinions but fraudulent and corrupt need external back-up which we haven't got (don't think) & verges onto troll land. Just saying
