Really helped to keep me regular

Sorry if TMI @Spirit of place et al ... but during the pandemic, when we weren't getting too much exercise, a colleague and I tried a ten-day healthy eating plan offered by a local company which included a packet of Senna tea with instructions to drink a cup every evening. It was just awful, it cleansed us both and we had very painful stomach cramps etc. We fed back to the company and threw the tea out after trying it twice as both our responses to it were so violent. I don't think it's at all healthy. Yes, constipation also rhymes with inspiration and maybe Kylie's lack of inspiration is a kind of intellectual or creative constipation? .
