honestly same, reddit has the best, and most honest info out thereYou don’t need to pay for these apps. Just go on YouTube learn the basics and create your own routine.
That’s how I did it, toned up and my a looks similar to hers.

Yeah but things don't need to be continuously changed to work, change rep ranges, number of sets, exercise variation eventually but no need to mix it up all the time. It's not like the influencers have anything revolutionary in their programs, I've seen tons of their pdf guides and they're all the same pretty much. Same exercises, same number of sets, reps etc. Waste of moneyI think I’m quite good at making myself a balanced program. Just run out of ideas eventually. I don’t have the money to waste. I have a free app that has some ok looking programs if I struggle.
Exactly, progression is literally just increasing weights/reps on the same or similar workouts. So you might have a squat day that looks like this:Yeah but things don't need to be continuously changed to work, change rep ranges, number of sets, exercise variation eventually but no need to mix it up all the time. back when I was starting out in fitness and was naive enough to take influencers words as gospel, I purchased an influencer's (not Krissys) booty guide (I know, makes me cringe too). I was so disappointed to see that it was literally 4x10 of like 5 leg exercises in a workout. I could have easily written that even at that early stage in my fitness journey and I was so upset that I wasted my money on something I could've done myself. Now I unfollowed most fitness influencers and followed credible accounts like Coach Mark Carroll. Thank you so much because Les Mills was the other app I was thinking about. I find apps really work for me because I like to switch off and follow the instructure. Please don’t bother with influencer fitness appsKrissy really just loves herself! I thought about it ages ago but didn’t want to line her pockets. There are much better apps anyway.
I highly recommend Les Mills on Demand. Great instructors and a range of workouts
No worries! It got my bum off the sofa during lockdown and since then cancelled my gym membership I hardly used.Thank you so much because Les Mills was the other app I was thinking about. I find apps really work for me because I like to switch off and follow the instructure.
Yeah I know someone who is an affiliate/ambassador thing (never declares her ads) and it is almost creepy what a clone she is and how much she goes on about her and revolves her life around Oner. Same words, same cadence, same themes etc.Don’t you just hate the way her ‘fans’ or whoever talk about Oner clothing? I can’t explain.. but they all talk about it with the same mannerism- is that the right word?hopefully someone gets what I’m talking about.
It’s like they copy Krissy in the way she talks and comes across. Weird!!
Yes, I’ve read she doesn’t treat her ambassadors well. She likes to make you think she does though!Yeah I know someone who is an affiliate/ambassador thing (never declares her ads) and it is almost creepy what a clone she is and how much she goes on about her and revolves her life around Oner. I think they get given a script of buzzwords to say.
Apparently she treats her ambassadors pretty poorly despite them all being up her a.
she really thinks she's something doesn't she...I don't get it tbh her face doesn't move, I feel like she has an angry quite masculine faceShes just obsessed with herself in unhealthy amounts really - this is just another excuse to show off her body. All of today's mirror admiring is so insufferable. These effortless leggings are very low compression and won't give any tummy support to those who don't have an influencer body aka most of the general pop
maybe something to do with Jack/ another male who might be associated with oner/evolve?Confused to what her posts are about??
Attention and engagementConfused to what her posts are about??
If there's been drama with the launch... probably trying to get some sympathyConfused to what her posts are about??
