Totally. So why are you moving into his mother’s gaff to save for a mortgage when your Turkey home will get “a couple of hundred grand”, dream on. A couple of hundred grand in Turkish lira maybe but that’ll buy you a few months rent in Dublin. Serious notions. Also it’s the regular income for both of them that’ll be the issue. Banks are extremely picky nowadays about who they give mortgages to. Regular people with fixed incomes are struggling.

This is what happens when you sit inside on your phone 24/7 and have no connection to the real world. I honestly think this is why so many influencers love being sick and finding new things that are wrong with them, it’s the most interesting thing that’s going on their lives
A benign tumour is a non cancerous tumour. That's the literal definition of benign.
