An incredibly rich, out of touch old man. Of course he’s a Reform supporter. Fits the mold perfectly. Piss off Rod.

Yeah it does but only platformed as one sided .Arlene is this lot’s biggest supporter 😏
Let me be clear: these flabby, flute playing, white gloved simpletons are every bit as bad in my opinion. Tawdling along the streets protesting about something that happened more than 300yrs ago. There’s wankers on both sides keeping this going.

Kneecap are wankers, but so are these lot. I’m not biased in my opinions on one side or t’other.

Slip dresses are back and northern Irish men are getting called terrorists. It's 1994 again.

Think in starting a thread to discuss the ‘headline news’ that is currently Kneecap there will inevitably be discussion about Palestine Isreal Ireland Politics and the impact of the ‘Troubles’

This thread has interestingly been given the labels Northern Ireland and UK Politics.

It’s right that this is being discussed.

Vilification of Kneecap and their music/allies/words being torn apart and misconstrued doesn’t come as any shock.

Especially for those with a monochrome of common sense and social awareness, gained through lived experiences!

In Northern Ireland schools catholic children got taught Irish, British & world history at school.

As my non catholic friends and family will testify they got taught a lot of British History, not a lot about the world aspects unless related to Britain & favouring their involvement and definitely no Irish history.
I would bet that schools in the mainland UK followed the same pattern

It's absolutely crazy that they win a court case for public funds to support their hateful stuff.

Anyone that dares say it's not the best use of public money will automatically be called "far right".
100%. Same as Creative Scotland giving money to that sex show last year.
If opposing this kind of shit makes me ‘far right’ these days then I despair.

I mean; Kneecap shouting get the Brits out. Who do they want to replace us with? A load of asylum seekers? 🤣

Yeah that may be acceptable in other parts of UK but not in NI where our towns are literally brought to a standstill whilst these bigots shout publicly how they want to be up to their knees in our blood, fully supported by politicians and funded by the British government…That’s the difference!
And anyone who has been paying the slightest attention to what's been going on in Israel/Palestine can see the parallels.

I’m probably more forgiving than most I would never diminish anyone’s experience but I’m also steadfast in what we suffered and won’t let others diminish that.

The vast majority of people in NI want to move on but this narrative keeps sectarianism alive. I’m not saying it’s limited to kneecap, it happens on both sides but it’s horrific and breeds violence.

Re the part in bold, it just speaks to what we’ve become that people who are so clearly against us - even these buffoons with their ‘get the Brits out’ chants are taking tax payers money!

Never thought I'd be crying over an Irish rap trio but seeing these lads last month was really something special. As soon as 3CAG started playing I had tears rolling down my face, and I'm a 30 odd year old woman. I think they're doing great work for some really good causes and I love that there's a resurgence of people learning the language. Can't wait to see them again in November. I got greedy and bought tickets for 8 dates in the presale
