I’m glad she was able to get the groundbreaking advice to buy Calpol for her baby with a cold, I don’t know where she would have found that otherwise!
Why didn't she just put breastmilk on it?

I used to like Kiera back in the day, but lord, she needs some help now. I don't mean that in a horrible way, I'm introverted, and have mental health problems. But she really needs to socialise more, especially for her child. Otherwise that kid is gonna struggle when they get older.

Seen the stories from today, she was worried about having walked through sewage water and having potentially picked something up and risking passing it on to the baby through breastfeeding, rang 111 for advice and they suggested if she was worried dont breastfeed and her response is like 'WHAT, cant go cold turkey!!'
What on earth did she think their response was going to be?? She rang them for advice related to breastfeeding and they gave it?? There isnt a magic pill for 'might have picked something up'

Did she walk through sewage in bare feet or something!? Not sure if I'm being dense here but if she was wearing shoes I don't get why this would be an issue?

she was in flip flops
I get she didn’t want the water coming in the house but I don’t think I’d be out there in flip flops removing buckets of sewage water 😅

If she was that worried why couldn't of Alex gone out there instead of farting about on hold, she could've stayed on the phone??

She is sounding really silly lately. Asking for advice about Lana having a cold and didn't just go and get some Calpol, now ringing 111

I haven't seen the story, but based on what you've all said why didn't she put some wellies on, or why didn't Alex go out there instead 😅

Surely she understands that getting your feel dirty will not affect your breastmilk, just go wash your feet. Don't stomp in sewage water if you have wounds on your feet, if you go poo puddle splashing, Wear wellies and wash your feet after. I don't understand... if she doesn't think she cought something after wiping her own arse or changing baby or doing the dishes, just washes her hands, why does she think that her feet will infect her milk?
111 don't know if she has sores all over her feet, if she might catch an infection for for goodness sake she is becoming a right dipshit. ✅

I'm not a biologist, but... surely sewage wouldn't soak through your feet into your blood and then into your breastmilk... Right?

Hiya, long time lurker here
I used to really enjoy Kiera’s content especially when I was pregnant back in 2018/19
I honestly feel like she really needs to get out the house. I was the same when I had my son, just constantly overthinking everything to the point where it was getting silly (like this sewage situation) but it’s easy to do that when you aren’t socialising/doing things etc/getting out the house more.
What really helped me was going back to work just before lockdown and putting my son into nursery 2 days a week. I know everybody is different. Different things work for different people but having my worklife again really helped me.

I'm really looking forward to going back to work. I've been off for 14 months and definitely feel cooped up. Love my child to death but want to feel like an adult some of the time again.

Each to their own but can’t believe she’s only ever had 3 hours away from Lana?! I know it’s hard to leave your baby but now my daughter is 6 months she’s started having sleepovers with her grandparents because it’s healthy. I want her to know that she is safe with others and it will do wonders for her relationships with them. Dunno 🤷🏼‍♀️

I reckon another baby is on the cards soon, she said something in a story recently (I can’t remember specifically) that heavily implied she’ll be having another in the next year. Something about breastfeeding Lana then straight onto to the next baby or co-feeding or something. Whatever that is.

A gripe I have is that she’s entirely an internet mummy on her social media now, but which I specifically remember her saying she wouldn’t like to become. So for someone like me who has zero interest in kids, she’s irrelevant now.

Yeah i saw that about tandem feeding... why you'd be planning on getting pregnant again so soon after you've spent so long having no momey coming in i dont know, you would havd thought theyd want to save up a bit.

She needs to tandem nurse for that sweet internet validation.

I can see her going the way of One Day of Winter and totally failing to prepare Lana for a sibling and then dealing with the consequences.

She's kind of giving the worst of both worlds now. For people who like kids and want to follow a mummy vlogger, it's kind of necessary to show the kids' faces and film more of your daily life with them, which (understandably) she doesn't want to do. But she isn't offering any of her old content either to people who aren't interested in kids. All she does is share her thoughts and feelings about motherhood, which mostly consists of breastfeeding  without offering her audience an inside glimpse into her life, which I imagine is equally boring to everyone.

You’ve hit the nail on the head there! I think you’re spot on. She’s not sharing enough of anything for her audience to be captured. Fair enough if you’re moving away from social media but she needs the income. Her Little Doe stuff is hardly ground breaking and wouldn’t have a following if she wasn’t already popular. The new T-shirt’s are so meh. I’m not sure why anyone would want a logo of a brand and when it was established if it’s an extremely little known company?!

Not watched the whole new video but Alex has lost his job again - she doesnt explicitly say it but sounds like his IBD was playing up and he was either taking time off or taking lots of breaks and they fired him 6 weeks in. Also alludes to them taking further action legally.
She references it disrupting their plans so i think the guesses are right - they were planning for another baby. Which again, slightly insane given their financial circumstances.
Really sad for Alex as it cant be easy coping with IBD and epilepsy and work - does anyone know what he actually does for a job?
