I might get hate for this but the woman is a stone cold sociopath displaying glaring narcissistic personality disorder traits. She doesn’t feel, or care unless she can make it entirely about her. And the over praising of her daughter is going to set the kid up to frankly be the kid no one should have the misfortune of being “friends” with, speaking from experience, you recover from the kid and her a better insight into the parents, it’s a betrayal like no other. Honestly Kels just piss off because you’re no use to anyone unless it benefits you. It’s not worth it trying to apply logic or emotional rationality to this woman, it’ll drive you mad, she’s not right in the head at all, and I’m not saying that to be insulting, but because she’s one of many finally being exposed for what she is. She can’t express missing Tom or feeling bad for the kids because it doesn’t resonate because that’s not a concept that’s entirely about HER. Other widows might relate to some stuff she’s said, fair enough…but frankly chances are people haven’t got much to say to her and cross the steer because she’s a nasty brazen piece of work, not because it’s exclusively hard to know what to say. She’s disgusting, end of. I’ll keep saying it, Tom deserved so much better and someone else in his life entirely.

It’s also such a gaslighting tactic these days to call everything trolling or “ism” or “ist” and it isn’t, the lack of accountability and critical thinking is horrific and it’s about time people stopped wanting to live in a world that appeases them completely.
