Easier enough to get protein in from real foods than processed overpriced protein bars.I can’t stand protein bars

I’ve been to that sandwich shop, their food is fit but calorific and expensive (not sure about the hot roll but a regular sandwich is £7.50). I can never eat a whole sandwich in one go they’re so so big and she got cookies too lol.

Imagine going to a shop like that when you’re on a “6 week challenge” but her periods arrived so that’s her excuse. Absolutely no point in even doing one of her pathetic workouts.
She has the most boring life ever. She spends all week moaning about how she can't wait for the weekend and then does duck all at weekend apart from eat.
I think I burn more calories laughing watching her workout videos than she burns exercising

It's nearly half five and she has just posted her steps for the day. Is she not planning on moving for the rest of the night?
