funniest thing about protein is our body needs such a small amount of it, we just crap out the rest and she will 100% be getting enough protein from the chicken she eats that the protein shake is basically just going straight through her cos her body won’t need one ounce of it!I'm getting it in early - I bet next Saturday it's a gain and she blames the Protein Powder. It's defying human biology and converting fat into muscle...

The ones I use are like deadweights and barely bounce an inch. I thought maybe they were making we work too hard and having to squat extra low? I thought that .. god have a lay in a bit longer .. why get up so early when you don’t work .. also I know some ppl might take a protein shake or banana to the gym but I can’t imagine sitting eating a load of fruit & yogurt at the gym & going home to have breakfast as well ..Why does she need to get up at 5am to be at the gym for 6:30
