If it was just as easy as eating when you’re hungry then everyone would be thin! She’s clearly got an unhealthy relationship with food which is why the concept of only eating when you’re hungry doesn’t work for her. She actually does really well when she sticks to SW or WW or whatever one it is. Don’t fix what ain’t broke as they say.

Well the HDE lasted long didn't it. Even the Anti Diet Pilot has conveniently been lying low. HDE is just a rip off version of Intuitive Eating which is brilliant, but is not a weight loss tool. You can't tell a bunch of chronic dieters they can eat whatever they want and STILL lose weight. It's just never going to work!

She’s decided to return to SW even though she’s lost all this weight with WW?

I think you should have to sign a contract to be an ambassador for someone like weight watchers as it’s just embarrassing to have someone like this who has no doubt be given money/freebies to promote the plan and put her in your magazine for her to announce before the article even comes out that “diets don’t work” and what she’s actually been doing is binging and restricting to lose weight :poop: Then goes back to eating the plan of your biggest competition (slimming world) and tells everyone that’s what works best for her (y)

This will be the start of the laxative abuse again. There’s a definite form of eating disorder there.

but didnt she say she had issues with going to the loo? If she did wouldnt a dr do something not just say go take laxatives. My mum abused laxatives for years (like 20 years) and couldnt go without them in the end, just like Kate apparently?

Definitely there’s no way if there were actual issues a DR would prescribe laxatives. That’s why I would say it’s a form of eating disorder....binge / purge. Or maybe just purge. I’ve been there myself and just sense it’s the same with Kate.

Her Instagram bio yesterday said she'd lost 6 stone 10.5lbs to date and today it says 6 stone 8lbs (a gain of 2.5lbs) yet today she's posted that she's lost 8lbs....errrhhh, how does that work???

Hope she's not teaching maths at her school!

She seems to go on lots of trips/ nights away without the baby. Fair enough if they want some time alone but I don't get all the posts about how hard it is to be away from her?! If you were that bothered you wouldn't go, so either just admit you like having time away (which isn't a bad thing) or don't moan about it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Exactly, and if you like swanning off so much would you not just wean your baby off the breast milk? So you didn’t need to pump yourself like a cow all the time? I admire anyone who breastfeeds but I don’t know anyone who goes about it the way she does, i’m convinced it’s for the extra calorie burn!

I breastfeed - and cringe at her stories! I’ve a 9m and nearly 5 year old and she’s been on more nights away since having her daughter then I’ve had since having my daughter who is 5 next month! I’m not joking I’ve spent 3 nights away from my daughter and that was due to a work course: never left our son x

That's what I was thinking, we don't live near family so I've only left my daughter 3 times in 15months once of those being work, if we lived closer it might be different but I wouldn't be moaning about it if I made that choice?

That’s your choice though. 3 nights in 5 years is really low compared to most people! You won’t get to heaven any quicker.

Sorry but it just bugs me when other Mum’s have a dig about how they never left their kids and someone else has. Different if it’s every week - but every few months is acceptable imo.

She’s young and fairly newly married. I don’t see why her having odd nights away is so bad. Her kid seems to always be well looked after by her hubby or parents.

Easy to preach about it. But the majority of couples I know split up because they don’t have quality time together and stop making an effort as a couple. So it’s important to get the balance right.

My boy loves spending the night with grandma and grandad! Absolutely no harm in it at all

She’s an odd one. She used to follow me when I first set up my insta then when she started to get a following she unfollowed all the smaller accounts as obviously she can only follow accounts with a larger following now. 🙄 whenever I decide to nose on her page she’s always following a different plan between ww,HDE,sw. Rather cheeky that she posts a magazine article last month of herself thanking ww and hashtags HDE but now she’s following sw. OKAYYY 😂

Dear god what did she look like last night. Why aren't her family telling her those clothes don't suit her. The face is as orange as ever too

Also I reckon she's pregnant again from a comment she's put to a friend. Probably explains why she's back on SW too as you are allowed to do that while preggers
