It'll be interesting to see if there are any repercussions from the argument she had with the cyclists. They said they were filming her as she went crazy, swearing at them and so on, apparently, so she said, and she thought they might have reported her.
Without meaning to be nasty, but I really hope they do report her. Her attitude is appalling. She needs bringing down a peg or two.
She sounds psychotic. Half starving herself ain't she. Full of anger. Complaining shes not eaten all day, oh I keep dropping things, duh wonder why, glucose levels low. Her version of the grow plan, missing meals all day, then scoffing crap at bingo or in the evening. This is why she will binge and stop dieting. Yeh sure intermittent fasting is ok, but for some people it can be dangerous, you cant starve yourself then go on an almighty binge. The best fast is overnight, stop eating at six pm and then try and go until ten am next day or midday. This is why breakfast is called....break fast. The body goes into ketosis in the night and uses its stores of energy. Going a little bit longer before eating is all that's needed. Unfortunately the brains frontal lobe begins to shut down when we don't eat enough or glucose levels are low. This part of the brain controls movement, behaviour and decision making. Ever been angry when you're hungry, cant make a single conscious decision unless you eat, that's your brains frontal lobe, the cortex shutting down saying feed me. It loves glucose hence we grab the sugar and high carbs when we are super hungry. So starving herself will put her at more risk of grabbing unhealthy foods.Again she admitted to not sleeping, shes a car accident waiting to happen and perhaps the next time shes goading people on the road and not really realising that she is partly to blame, she might get a punch in the face next time and threatening to lose her temper with the police also could lead to her being carted off to jail. So id suggest eating when she needs to and NOT playing a competition with her pal of who can lose the most weight. Of course she wont admit to that, but we can read her like a book, not saying shes not her pal, but kazzos only real pal is her self absorbed self.

She’s put on six and a half pounds this week. Blamed it on Dexter being home ill after his trip away and on her legs being swollen. Nothing to do with her choosing to eat shite then

God knows what she ate to put six and a half pounds on in a week. I’d be so embarrassed to tell anyone. Her and big C are like two peas in a pod. Not their fault, it’s always oh it’s fluid or I was stressed or some other bullshit. Pathetic.

She was really showing her true colours today when filming with her mum...a screenshot of the face she was pulling when her mum answered her about some food that she wanted....She really is a b*tch!!!
She’s vile. She’s always spoken to her vulnerable mother like utter sh*t. Filmed her without consent, mocked her dementia, disclosed her personal business to thousands.
I haven't seen latest vids, Cant watch this woman much longer. Seemed quite proud of losing her temper cause her kids broke a trampoline, fine reprimand them but heres a reminder woman, they are still kids and verbal abuse and anger is no different to any kind of abuse. She jokes they could probably hear her in scotland shouting. Shes vile, probably starving missing meals so she can eat crap and then losing it with everyone. Cant be arsed to figure out that she needs a healthier diet not just a deficit.
If you think the way she treats her mother is bad now, go back to old vids, she was sarcastic and a witch. Telling her son to man up and refusing to pick him up when he was ill last week was icing on the cake. Hope she puts all her weight back on, cant stand her. Why would anyone waste a minute on this fat ungrateful witch god knows.

And another 4lbs gain this week. Blames her mum this time because she’s stressed looking after her. I can understand it’s stressful but doesn’t it not occur to her that instead of spending all that money on kitchen gadgets and other rubbish she would be better off paying for some respite care so she can have a week off or a day off every week or get a carer so she doesn’t have to go down to her mum’s every morning? Says she never gets a lie in because of her mum and the kids but then chooses not to go to bed. Make it make sense! Also says she never films her mum when she’s bad which is a lie, and also she tells us all about times when her mum is confused and annoys her which is just as bad. Her mum can’t consent to being filmed so should never be shown on her vlogs.
100% agreed! Blames absolutely everyone and anything but never takes any responsibility herself. Neither her mum or the kids put the food in her mouth, she CHOOSES to do that. She even already plans not to weigh next week as Michelle is not there. It is one of the toughest jobs to be a carer for a loved one, and nothing can prepare you for it or what it entails. Some days, it's all you can to do just make it through, but I've learnt that you need to prepare. So she needs to stop buying the crap that she so readily devours in bulk, and prep some nutritious meals for those days that really do take it out of you.
A couple of weeks ago she said her sister had asked whether Kazza was going to take a holiday and to let her know dates so she could cover.
A package holiday or house swap with her sister (lives in Spain?) would recharge her batteries.

She could pay for respite, you are right and chooses to spend her money on expensive gadgets. She's a blamer, everyone to blame for her eating habits, poor choices and food addiction. Wonder who's to blame next week?
