It reminds me a bit if Kerry Katona. I think she had Financial issues and went bankrupt. KP will probably come out of this smelling of roses. I think there are loop holes in situations like this. She will be bankrupt but will still maintain the same quality of live as she had. Her agent will probably find ways around things too.

I think too. I mentioned it on a comment section on another site and I got a reply saying they fell out. Though in recent days there was a family photo.

Long overdue IMO, Katie should have been properly investigated years ago, the public know what's going, you only have to read the papers but the courts have had their fingers up their arses all this time.

Yes.. I would think so because they could be termed obstructing the bankruptcy process and binding finances from the Insolvency Authorities will be illegal too... Good point...
