i doubt she will actually name anyone she will be saying the police have told her to remove the name(before the book is published)due to being no evidence(or it was the worst rape they had ever seen so are prosecuting the person and she can not name him until after he is convicted) i would think once you name someone as raping you the police would have to investigate as a crime as been committed even if you did not want to press chargers(the police can press chargers without a victim giving evidence if there is enough to convict a person)
