It need's to be common knowledge out there, that she thinks she's come to some 'arrangements' with court about bankruptcy, so won't need to attend any further hearings - sure the courts WON'T be happy.I can only assume, the podcast rubbish about the BH is her trying to get press etc off her back for a few days.
She's got to be very worried, but she's so robotic, I've never ever seen her phased by anything, other than men
I think she's been made aware though, she's in big do do's, with BH & the kids situation.
Plus, let's not forget, there are at least 1 if not 2 car crime's still lurking in the background. Also Kieran it seem's has reported certain things about 'piegate' video & other stuff & so Alex said he had too.

When I get down in the gob about the thing getting away with certain things I remind myself that she was so stupid she missed the opportunity of paying just £12k a month for a year to be clear of all this a few years ago. Just £144k when she was earning well too. I bet she regrets not doing that now!! It puts the smile back on my face anyhow

Like I’ve said before willow, as soon as you fill in a form asking the court to excuse you for mh you are giving consent for the court and creditors to look at your medical recordsI have a degree in Criminology. Doesn't mean I can automatically join CIA or FBI. It's a VERY complicated & vast subject. Same applies to any occupations in health & MH. Initial's after your name can often mean nothing. KFP know's NOBODY can delve into her health situation as it's confidential, so she can say anything she like's. I do not believe anything she say's. I do know 100% from the past, where she's had picture's taken OUTSIDE Hotel Priory, that's literally all they have been, pictures & she NEVER stepped foot inside. Sadly, she is a professional charlatan & appears know's all the hustles.

Does anyone think that if she’s been getting money from dodgy sources they could be leaning on her to not turn up in case she blows it. Something is scaring the pants off her to go in front of the judge . It it fear of others or fear that we might find out e.g she’s only made £4000 from OF in all the time she’s been in it and that she’s making very little and the house of cards is caving in , and the sheer shame of the fall from grace what she laughed at many others misfortune and now it’s her turn. I just wonder what the fear is, she’s trying soo very hard to sell her version

I slipped into the 'thread' on the Dark Side earlier. I got a bit of a roasting from someone for a comment on here !Yep there’s no such thing as selective MH stress.
She’s absolutely firing in all cylinders for work commitments. The ONLY thing she can’t do is attend court hearings. That MUST detailed in her medical report otherwise how will the judge be able sympathise with her current behaviour?

If what she is saying is true, and it's a very large IF because Katie FUCKING KIPPER PRICK PRICE could tell me the sky is blue and I would still call her shit cunt liar, IF this is true, then this just paves the way for many future BH cases/trials/hearings for people to use this twat as an example in order to dodge their responsibilities.
MAYBE she might just dodge the first BH as it seems the judges and trustees are weak, spineless and uselss and believe any crock of shite this oxygen theif spews out of her botched lips, but HMRC? That's an entirely different beast. My friend owed £1900 via taxes after incorrectly completing her tax return and they hounded and threatened her constantly. This should be the case for this dickhead... or do they only go after hardworking, honest people?
I don't doubt she has MH issues, but she has an amazing gift to switch it on and off for when it may either be a benefit or detrimental for her.

I think a caravan somewhere or a bedsit would do in all honesty. Houses are hard to get these days even for people who work and don't rip other people off for millions! If she is warm and dry that's all she needs and better than many have these days.
I just listened to the start of the podcast where she goes on and on and moans about the media killing her if they watch a public hearing. She actually says 'My little head' is very fragile
.Unbelievable, what about all the businesses and people she chose not to pay, what was her head doing whilst making that decision? how did all those people cope with missed rent or mortgage payments which she might have caused? Did they feel a bit fragile?
It's all going to be public because it's ACCOUNTABILITY for all the people she ripped off. So what if you have a breakdown, do it in prison or in your new bedsit. She is absolutely shameless.
Oh and why did she have to go to Cyprus to get a break

BH - she used word spaghetti. She has not been discharged or suspended. She has to meet the whole list of criteria so the judge can make a decision to take it forward. As part of the criteria will be a question about timescales of when she will be well enough. If the answer from the professionals is unknown, or lifelong then he may make the decision to appoint someone on her behalf to deal with this in court. If it is just about the fact she can’t do it in court, then he will decide to do it in her home, or a place she feels comfortable.
If the med prof state she is likely to be in a better place in 6 months, they may choose to defer, but with a note stating if it doesn’t go ahead, they will move to appoint a rep!
In my view, she won’t get away with it. She will have to answer the very serious questions at some point!!
No doubt the FI already have made contact with the hotel in Cyprus checking that upgrade!!!

It needs to be taken from her for her own benefit as well, It’s a money pit, she will never again earn enough to run a place that size, it will drain her future earnings, which I can’t see amounting to much, she has nothing to offer the entertainment world. She is a foul-mouthed, has-been, never really was much in my book, talentless, increasingly desperate and deluded addict, adult pantos aren’t going to pay the bills, TV know she’s too unreliable and hated to want her, that life has gone. These Pride events this summer will surely end her continuing attempts to launch a ‘singing’ career once and for all. They will be filmed, they are gonna be very very very bad, she can‘t sing or dance, she shouts and wails like a banshees as she stumbles around uncoordinated, nope she has nothing to offer anymore, reality TV has moved on, she’s yesterday’s news in that world.
She wants to keep it, to keep the illusion alive she’s still something, still a star, but she can’t afford to live there, anyone still helping her live there is really not helping her, gee we can all see it. Why the hell she’s still there is beyond me, the heating bill alone is astronomical, it‘s gotta go soon, madness she’s been enabled to stay there, it’s sending her into further debt, sling her out into a small 3 bed house, they’ll be doing her a favour.
