Some info on DBT and what it’s for. That’s proof to me she has at least one personality disorder and I think that’s what she’s so terrified about coming out. She’s feeding into the stigma attached to it when it doesn’t have to be that way. There is no shame in a diagnosis. The shame for her are the lies and the use of other problems that she doesn’t actually have like PTSD. She made a whole programme about that! There are so many more people who could have shared experiences on a programme like that than her. She didn’t do anything on that show to help anybody else, raise awareness or signpost anyone to help. It was all about her and that’s the problem, it’s always been her problem and it always will be.

I've always believed she doesn't want people to see the 'real' her. The one that enjoys causing others pain and who's fascinated by murderers. The one who is so vindictive she would wish death on babies. The one that doesn't give a shit about anyone or anything ( not even her kids or pets) if it meant she could carry on doing the vacuous things that give her pleasure like shovelling snow up her hooter and getting herself attention and things done to 'beautify' her.

I read something about Factitious disorder, which used to be called Munchausens and how certain personality types often engage in these behaviours. I was hardly surprised to learn in cases of Munchausen's, Narcissistic personality disorder and Antisocial personality disordered people are often featured.
We've all discussed here about how some things Harvey can do are probably better than she would admit. We've all discussed how she seems to want to push Jett into a role of being the next child with special needs. She even published that photo of him saying he was vulnerable or words to that effect to the whole world .

I read about how a parent sometimes will use sleep deprivation to make a child seem ill and they isolate the child so no-one can see they get better when away from the parent. It made my blood run cold really, all that stuff about Jett not sleeping in his room but instead in a tent and all the tales of ghosts!
If this is what's gone on and the courts noticed I would guess it's one factor for removing a child from a parent's care. God knows how far it may have gone!

I just had a re-read of some of the comments from court.

The barrister ; 'As with any other litigant, the respondent must comply with the orders of the Insolvency and Companies Court or face severe consequences.'

The Judge : ''It is important that Ms Price is under no illusion that just like any other bankrupt, she is expected to attend unless there are reasonable reasons why she should be excused.'''

So they're really emphasising she shouldn't expect special treatment.

And they did say any further hearings would be in person, so even if she got a remote/virtual hearing I think press and public could still attend, maybe it would get a higher audience being a public hearing!!

Well then, here it is everyone, she has been signed off court It was agreed she didn’t have to attend, and she is NOT going to attend court next week, says the trustees have said she does not have to ( WTF is going on with them ) says she has been legally signed off appearing (what does that even mean) as her mental health is so bad she cant deal with it, media are trying to kill her, she is unable to appear in a public examination due to this, has been ‘signed off’, it ain’t happening Krusties

I think she’s done it everyone, she has dodged court and they’ve let her, unbelievable, I don’t think she’s lying, she’s thrown the kitchen sink at them with the mental health excuse and won by sounds of it. I don’t know what this means going forward, but she ain’t going to court next week, she‘s adamant, and I believe it

I am also lurking on the KH thread. Now, apart from the daily analysis and slagging off/laughing at some on this thread, some valid points IMHO are being raised over there re the GMF.

@DC16 Please can a full and complete explanation be given now that the kids have been removed regarding the secrecy surrounding who set up the fund, who benefitted and what the money was used for.
There are some worrying inconsistencies like angelic stating surprise at the setting up of the fund to then saying she knows all.about it to then even meeting "Sam" to discuss progress to then disappearing altogether.
Am honestly not throwing allegations at her or anyone else but she seems to be at the centre of its introduction here.

Please understand why I ask these questions.
Am not trying to derail or stir or cause any trouble here.
I would DM if that was possible.

I hope following recent events with unpleasant reactions that we can discuss this here in a civil and amicable manner.

DC really isn’t under any obligation to answer this at all. It’s a shame that thread like to slag and laugh at people on this one as their valid points just get lost to me because of it. If anyone really wants to know the ins and outs of the GFM I’d suggest contacting GFM or KH directly or the police if they genuinely suspect any wrongdoing to be honest. I think providing evidence or receipts of its usage on an open gossip site is just harmful and dangerous to people involved.

In the last four weeks I,ve been diagnosed with being pre diabetic have a issue with my kidneys and liver which means no alcohol ( was hoping for a celebration after court,but that seems pointless now.) been diagnosed as depressed and put onto anti depressants and to cap it all my poor old dog is struggling as his back legs keep collapsing so needs the vet. So we are back to square one again. She's played on MH & therefore will not be appearing or attending any court dates.
So what happens to the TWO bankruptcies then? It's almost certain forensic accountants will have found fraud/hiding assets - is that just swept under the carpet or postponed?
But it's OK for her to carry on life as usual. Pretty sure there are other bankrupts out there who will use this excuse of MH struggles who WILL be taken to task & have to appear at court & answer questions, but yet again KFP swerves it all

If you look at the barrister involved too - specialists in what they call 'contentious bankruptcy' as in the person is not cooperating.

Don't forget also the forensic investigators sent in last Novemeber ( I think) No need for all that expense if someone is cooperating.

I think if this is true and she is getting discharged from Bankruptcy without paying much to creditors and HMRC the general public will get a petition up to have it debated In parliament

I think when she said discharged from it, I interpreted she meant what to do not to turn up to the next hearing.

The way Skank is pulling the MH card especially on her shit forsaken podcast from last night, has really got under my skin. It's unbelievably fucking selfish, evil and I really hope it will be her undoing.



A family matter reared it's ugly head yet a fucking gain, which really hit me in the gut, hence why I went quiet. My mental health really took a battering. Snot, tears the lot. I've got several MH conditions, I take three types of medication religiously without fail ever night, one being an anti psychotic. If I don't then things go to shit really quickly.



Skank has no fucking clue what is like to battle every single day. She is one of those people who love the new (ish) acronyms, so she'll do some research and make herself believe she fits with the symptoms. Purely for her own satisfaction and personal gain. However take absolutely no personal responsibility that:



(a) she's the actual cause of 99.9%of her problems

(b) MH does not mean she can act like a complete and utter fucking twat waffle

(c) It doesn't excuse running exorbitant debts up, leaving businesses and people fearing for their livelyhoods

(d) Accepting that hoovering as much than Howard Marx isn't the best idea if you suffer from any MH condition



All she is doing with these BH hearings is deflecting, hoping some of her bullshit will stick. I genuinely cannot see how the presiding Judge will take her bullshit about her Cyprus holiday, finances etc. it's going to take time though. She can't even remember what her last lie is because Skank hasn't told the truth in decades

I think she will try and go for a closed door hearing so no press, no public to keep as much shitty behaviour from everyone as possible.

I think so too. Best she can expect is closed door as the questions are still there and the court will judge how that takes place on the medical evidence she puts forward. Despite what she says She can’t get her discharge from bankruptcy until she applies for it and she can’t apply for it until she has cooperated to the satisfaction of the Trustee/court which is what BB has been deemed to have done. His bankruptcy will still leave a massive shortfall to creditors that he will now never have to repay just as hers will. The Trustee will make what realizations he can but doesn’t have a bottomless pit to pursue as it’s funded by him or creditors. Any criminal prosecution as has been said will be undertaken by the Insolvency Service. Ie the government and funded that way. We already think there has been a deal done with her and the Trustee re MM which has enabled her to live there but the PE questions would amongst other thing include how much she is paying to stay there and the reasonableness of that. I find in quite fascinating in a weird kind of way watching it unfold and seeing how it plays out. I wouldn’t want to be her in a million years right now - what a shitty life she has. Even her holidays look shit these days - I’ll let you have more thoughts on that another time.
