She has numerous Criminal charges against her going back years and years. So how have the courts convicted her of these with her MH being as it is.? But now she is allowed to use her MH to swerve or interfere with the Bankruptcy ?. She can't help herself can she lol..

This is what I keep thinking about. If you’re up on criminal charges and have capacity to understand what you have done you will be found guilty and punished, regardless of your mental health. MH can be used in mitigation when sentencing, but it doesn’t affect the verdict. I don’t know if BH are held to the same standards as a criminal court? I’m waffling but I think with the forensic accountants involved she will be had up one way or another because she will get done for fraud. And with it being a criminal investigation they will be all over everything, who knows what else they will uncover. She can’t brush that off because of MH, it just won’t wash. Doesn’t really help the people she’s ripped off but I think she’s got it coming and the BH will be the least of her worries at some point soon

My mum has serious long term mental health issues, she has been sectioned several times under the mental health act and been made bankrupt, it was dismissed due to her mental health conditions.
I don’t believe KP has serious mental health problems, since losing the kids she only has that card to play. I do think she will do anything to prevent her having to stand up in court & for it all not to be made public.
So I think it’s a case of not if, but when she tries to end her life, everyone else will be to blame for taking the kids, making her ill and losing everything she had. She needs to start taking responsibility, but I can’t see it happening.

But I bet your poor mums conditions affected every other aspect of her life, not just her bankruptcy. No podcast tours and all that sort of thing, holidays, constant beauty appointments. And that’s what I think people take issue with, she picks and chooses how it affects her and when it suits her. She can’t possibly go to court, and it’s only gone that far because of her failure to comply, but she can do a podcast tour. She can sit on a TV show and say people ‘can get to the back of the queue’ if she owes them money. She can sit on TikTok and say she’s minted. She doesn’t think more than 5 minutes ahead when shit comes out of her mouth. She’s so unpleasant and arrogant that she can’t understand why people aren’t just giving her loads of sympathy as soon as she says she’s having a hard time, never thinking of the things she has said and done before to upset people.

Well the Sh*t show rolls on, but fear not I think her days are numbered. I look at what she has become and think to myself I wouldn’t want her life for all the tea in china. It’s superficial there is no feeling of deep love or affection for anyone or anything but it’s self . Krypton is one foolish twat thinking she will raise his profile and media presence,well she might but so far it’s all been negative.

The latest holiday looked very low key compared to some of the jollies she’s been on. I look at her lifestyle and think to myself she has nothing.
Looks have gone, she looks worse with every procedure.
Her body is so dumpy now. ( not fat shaming anyone)
Her boobs look bloody ridiculous
Her dress sense is non existent
Her home is a sh*t hole.
All she has are people who agree to her wants and demands, no real friends, and it’s telling that there are no happy family pictures of Sunday lunch where they are all sat around together.

Sounds like my MIL, she’s 100% npd and doesn’t even realise she’s blatantly lying constantly, things like her son comes to visit and stays for ages chatting and spending time with her when we know he calls in and can’t bear to stay longer that 10/15 minutes. About how every one calls in for a cuppa and a chat, when in actual fact she’s so bitter and toxic that ppl avoid her, quite sad really but she is such hard work. She tells the stories she’d like to be happening, it seems a bit deeper than lying, it’s like an actual pretence, an act.
Just like the skank and her ‘oh the kids are here for a roast later’, ‘I’m a celeb and BB are begging me to go back and do another series’, and hopefully the old ‘I’ve been signed off by my Dr and the nice judge is worried about me mental health’

When my husband was diagnosed with a notifiable cancer caused by his work he had to have a consultation with a medical specialist who was known (licenced maybe) by the courts to evaluate his medical notes and give an opinion as to whether he agreed that the cancer was because of the work that he had done. The report was used by our barrister to prove negligence by his employers. I think there are specialists in all of the medical fields who can do this. They understand the medical side and also know how the present to the court.

Something tells me it isn’t the judge!!

Will be interesting to see if she can get a medical practitioner/consultant to state she is that mentally unstable she cannot attend, under oath (hence why it needs to be signed by a lawyer). Would someone really risk their whole career on saying she can’t can’t answer any questions about finances?

I do think she is ill. I think she is stressed and absolutely petrified.

I would hope not for now! The sheer level of manipulation and gas lighting she would use against them would be horrendous. I think she’s done it everyone, she has dodged court and they’ve let her, unbelievable, I don’t think she’s lying, she’s thrown the kitchen sink at them with the mental health excuse and won by sounds of it. I don’t know what this means going forward, but she ain’t going to court next week, she‘s adamant, and I believe it

Everyone give up on the courts now, I already had, this is ridiculous, it’s looking like Madam Teflon Tits walks away unscathed again, I just don’t know what to say anymore.
