After the first 3 years they will lose the place if it is deemed that they have reached their maximum potential. To continue education you have to prove exactly how it will benefit and help them advance. I suspect this is what has happened here. If you can't demonstrate how they will continue to progress then you are most likely looking at some daycentre provision rather than further education

Saliva tests would only show if she used 24 - 48 hours before the date and ensure she’s not high on the actual visitation. It can be easily interfered with. Being ‘clean’ as was asked up thread usually means absolute abstinence from it. That’s where the hair tests would come in and a long time user would stil hsve access to children under restrictions such as supervision and attending groups

Sorry I'm rubbish on drugs information, but if the person dyes or bleaches their hair would this alter the positive test ? or even shaves their head would this stop testing ?
