I noticed that too and that nostril on that side, seems to get quite a bit smaller when she moves her face. That was the same side with the horrible looking carbunkle which took ages to heal. I would guess that side is her preferred snorting side, the other nostril she'll hold shut whilst hoovering!
Safe to say it won’t be Duchess
Is skank left or right handed,, the weaker hand would be the nostril closer while the stronger hand keeps the rolled up £10 in a steady straight line whilst hoovering.
