She didn’t attend the first one when the trustees made her bankrupt. I imagine it’s highly unlikely she will show up anyway. She’s made it perfectly obvious why she’s not showing up to court…I’m sort of hoping she doesn’t have to attend on Monday, that way she can’t disrupt the case and HMRC can rocket forward and hopefully start an illegal fraud investigation against her straight away.
