It seems like Kieran and Alex have been in contact and coordinated speaking out about KFP. If Kieran is feeling confident to give his story then this hopefully means huge progress with access and residence of J and B. Good on them, it's about time the general public find out what she's capable of as an abuser in relationships.

I can't help but wonder, if the roles were reversed and KP was a man and Carl a woman, we would talk about him in such a derogatory manner. She has proven time and again that she can manipulate perfectly nice, kind people into staying with her and being 'complicit' in her abusive behaviour. He is, like all of her ex's, a victim of an abusive relationship.

We have no idea of conversations within that relationship and I personally wouldn't be at all surprised if Carl had repeatedly told her to give the kids back. We've seen snippets where it seems that Carl has been the one trying to make sure the kids are washed, fed and ready for bed. He didn't have a lot of power in that parenting dynamic and it is difficult enough to be a step parent, even without all of the extra weirdness going on in that awful situation she has contrived.

I personally feel that, when it came to the kids at least, he did what he could. There is clearly a relationship between Carl, KH and MP, and we don't know what he has told the authorities.

Has he implicated himself in the offence?

When Boris Becker transferred money to the accounts of ex wives and families, it was only him who was charged. I suspect it only applies to the bankrupt because they're the person who's under the bankruptcy rules.
The insolvency act, which is where it states the various offences such as 'concealing property' 'non disclosure of assets' only mentions the bankrupt as being bound by those rules.
I wander/ wonder if Carl has had some legal advice and knows he wont get legal repercussions?

And I recall @cloudchaser saying SB was telling her to cooperate with the trustees. But in saying that he still did as she asked and hid the RR. I recall the poll at the start on one of the threads asking why he was with her. Only 2 people said he loved her . I was one of those. I didn’t come to the conclusion because of how he was around her it was because as much as I tried to work out why he was there, nothing made any sense. They say love is blind, I also think it’s deaf dumb and stupid, which explains why he believed all her lies , closed his ears to the emotional abuse , and said nothing as she likely just kept saying without her he was nothing .

I was talking to a legal friend who was part of the group I met last night. He‘s not a bankruptcy specialist, but has some knowledge in this area. He said, as we know, hiding assets is bankruptcy fraud - very, very serious. The fact that forensic accounts have been brought in to investigate madam’s financial mess, also indicates bankruptcy receivers/trustees believe there’s dodgy dealings. He thinks, given the latest info about her hiding the car, may delay another hearing, but he said forensics may already have uncovered things as well. Very likely now Crawl will be interviewed, as he clearly knows things. They will want to know the financial situation of the car purchase, when/where it was hidden etc. Ask Crawl what else he knows. Wonder, will he lie for her? Clearly he can’t about the car though. The car can’t suddenly disappear now, as it’s been picked up by a drone. I wonder if PP moved it from her drive, trying to hide it until it could be removed? My friend said he’d never heard of 2 bankruptcies at the same time, wouldn’t make sense. So its weird about HMRC. Can anyone clarify this? I am sure, if Alex instigated the bailiff’s, given she’s hid assets/RR, he can get legal involved. Someone needs to find out where AFP’s lock up is, unless they’re now storing belongings at new home. Unlikely, as tradesmen in / out property daily. Let’s hope more posts from Crawl today, but I’m not too sure if we will.

I wonder if the pink car was deliberately parked at next doors' house so Mr PP and Amy wouldn't spot it and drive it away to hide it whilst he alerted the Sun? My apologies if this has already been speculated upon. I'm continuously laughing at this situation. Yup, Kipper is finished!

I've said this a million times. She has a track record of abuse on ex partners. Coercive control is psychological abuse a lot of the time. Look at the campaigns she's carried out over years on Alex and Kieran. Even through Slapgate I didn't believe he was 'the bad guy' as she abused all men and smears them. Her track record doesn't change, she's obsessive, sadistic and fixated on getting revenge on partners, that didn't suddenly change when she met Carl.
Carl may look 'complicit' because he was there a lot of the time but he may well have been trying to hold together someone literally threatening suicide in front of kids, going on benders and crashing cars. This is all after a few years of abuse and manipulation that conditions someone to accept that as the new 'normal'. I've seen this stuff with my own relative, telling us his partner's drained the bank accounts so no food for the kids and hidden his car keys, hit him and he was leaving.....to 'we're trying to make it work' the next week (she would threaten suicide and then play nice) . Absolutely infuriating but that's what trauma bonding is, it's Stockholm syndrome and brainwashing. The abused person doesn't really want it but they feel stuck.
He's obviously been in touch with K&M or they wouldn't be friendly. Maybe he did tell Lynne Rickwood he was concerned about KP too but as we know, she didn't do her job.

To be fair KH kept quiet when Kipper had limited access to B&J ... he has kept quiet whilst she stole them and stops his access .. keeping quiet has not stopped any of her attacks or changed things ... what's apparent now is that she can't afford to legally fight back and stop anyone speaking up - either she actually doesn't have the money to do so or she can't spend the hidden money on that because it will give the game away to the FA ... now is definitely the time to speak out for Alex, KH and Carl ... unlike her, they will be standing on the truth
