Won't she be in contempt of court if she refuses to engage in the next hearing?
She isn't going to turn up at court, and very little will happen to her anytime soon. She has got away with all this tit for years and that isn't going to stop anytime soon. We're all wasting our energy getting angry at someone so useless.

Oh definitely No 1, the Stephen Bear fur outfit. All she needed was the fake Cobra gold cane from Wish (£15 whole pounds) and the hire (possibly from SB) of a Rolls Royce...

I am hoping Pete threatens to take her and AFP to court - not for money - for a public retraction and apology ... if they refuse, then drag them through court and publicly anounce that compensation awarded is being donated to Dogs Trust to make one last pointAnyone else would be. Could be (unlikely) as soon as 2 weeks time a court date come's around. So far she's refused to co-operate, because she CAN'T without showing she's money laundered, committed offences by hiding funds/concealing assets & not made any attempt, even though earning fortunes, in paying back any of her debts. For a Judge to want to take this further, I seriously wonder if she has actually paid much back to the mortgage/loan companies. I also wonder if she's actually accumulated more debt since the original bankruptcy? No chance in hell, she will be able to show paperwork/invoices etc to match up with this lottery winner lifestyle. However, I can't see her turning up for the next hearing, she will stall again, because she can;'t show what is really happening to her earnings, plus she couldn't be in court being questioned as she can't remember her own lies. Be interesting to see how this all 'pans' out. PS - I don't think Peter or Claire will do nothing about the comments in AFP's book. Even if just a legal letter.

I doubt she can afford Priory now - its must be about £6k a week inpatient psychiatric at Roehampton I would guess it was 4K at Altrincham 12 years ago and Roehampton was at least a grand more back then (I worked for Priory then)

So she is not hounded by the press and followed everywhere like she tries to make out.
There is no interest in her at all unless she stages the drama then calls the media or sends them the photos.
It's been so many years now with her playing the victim all which has been orchestrate by her and her enablers.
Hopefully it won't go on much longer.

Whilst I agree with you she can't afford, I bet The Enabler can and will pay to get her delicate flower out of a public hearing.....
What struck me from the Book of Lies is how often Sophie is dispatched to sort out her sisters mess at the Enablers orders.
I do think that Sophie gets the short straw in this whole sordid mess, she can't and won't ever keep up with Katie, because Katie is the golden child.
Sophie (IMO) seeks her mother's approval and does that by cleaning up after her sister but as having a narc mother, that approval just won't come.

I see, thanks. My personal view is that I'd take anything that OK Magazine says with a major pinch of salt, I'll need to see it confirmed by one of our reliable sources before I believe it

They will issue a warrant as she would be in contempt. If she is “ hospitalised “ she will need to provide very good evidence not just for hurt feelings/ anxiety. Of course going to court makes you anxious . She’s running out of road. I’m sure the judge has seen it all. If all anyone had to do was get admitted to a medical or psych establishment everyone would do it, she will push her luck and get done for contempt. Her choice is appear or go to jail
