These are not real companies ... They are scams to filter money through... Just like Kipper, Daddy Woods, Slimi, Cardigan ... These companies are just a way to funnel money through tax free as expenses and directors payments, close them down set a new one up ... It will catch up with all of them in the end ... Already caught up with Kipperif you look it says debtors to the company of ten grand I WONDER WHO TOOK THE TEN GRAND LOAN says stock is 22k loan due to company 10k money at bank £636 but also says money due to creditors within a year is just over 12k so unless they shift lots more crap they will not have the money to pay them(someone will have to pay her loan back to pay the creditors may be the two idiots that put their names to the company are now regretting it)average number of employees from 20th Nov2020 to April 5th 2022 was 0 so according to that she is not getting paid from that business

as far as i can see she is another scammer if you check her out on companies out 5 companies 3 dissolved 2 accounts overdue so will soon be dissolved none have ever filed tax returns(the lift aesthetics 2 is the only one that shows any tax returns
Nothing sinister, it's very common for a company secretary, as a specific job, to be employed by multiple companies and they all give the CS's address as their business address. It keeps creditors from their homes and gives the Courts an address to serve papers.
