I have put all my hopes on HMRC.Not a phrase I ever thought I would utter. The problem with her driving offences are that they are all considered low-level, for instance not being a great deal over the limit when she's breathalyzed. The offences don't mount up either, every next offence it's like she's starting again. It might be safer for the public if drink and drug driving offences did build up and get people banned permanently but they don't.
I don't think the press protect her particularly either, although they do see mileage in her and keep her going. They can't really gang up on one person who unfortunately hasn't had a prison sentence ( yet!) I think they also treat female criminals differently than male, a weird reverse mysoginy of some kind.
I doubt she has dirt on someone in authority, it's just that our justice system is not designed for sociopaths who feel no shame and will never
learn from fines and community service. If she had dirt on someone in the legal system how would they then lean on other judges etc? I don't see how they could. The taxman and government won't be especially kind to her over money, they don't like their money being stolen.
If they start an investigation then all kinds of shadiness might be uncovered. That includes the activities of family, friends, hangers on etc.
Other than that, I can’t see her life being impacted on in any other way.
It would be lovely if there was some sort of financial recompense for her creditors, but sadly I don’t see that happening.
