I couldn’t bring myself to watch the programme as I know it would give me the rage. I did yesterday make the mistake of commenting on an article shared on a Facebook page to say that I think she’s an awful mother, and that as a single parent with an autistic son with severe learning difficulties I found her ascent to parenting sainthood an insult to parents that actually have cared for their kids with virtually no support. The abuse I got was phenomenal, and I had to delete the comment. I’m still quite shook up about it, I’ll be keeping my head firmly below the parapet in future.

One drs appointment where PWS was not even mentioned, correct me if im wrong.

His weight was mentioned by the specialist. He said he had a hormone disorder that meant he could not regulate his appetite and weight. He didn't specifically say Prader Willi though.

People gave you abuse for stating a fact? That’s awful! Anyone with common sense can see that she’s an awful mother. I’d hate to see how the people who defend her parent their children.

You do wonder if the door banging is her having tantrums/ arguments with any past men who didn't /do /agree with what she said, disagreed or made a different suggestions to anything she said... So the pricey had huge infantile/adult strength pricey scum tantwums... Possibly even worse when drinking etc at home... Know they rarely stay but the kids have in the past done overnight visits... Poor Harvey can u imagine him in his bed ,duvet over his head trying to block sounds out , rocking, self harming in fear and non understanding.

She showed absolutely no emotion at all throughout that program. Wow, that's disturbing

I'm not sure she had enough huge pictures of herself on the walls though Most people have pictures of their kids up

It was exactly what I expected. Of course she will use the positive reception and surge of gullible fans and news stories as the go ahead to relaunch her 'empire'.

Once she realises she is now too ugly to sell anything, I think she will reposition herself as some kind of disability advocate along the lines of HarveySlaw - as this is the only way she gets any real attention. She's been testing the waters for a while now.

Why should you have to keep your head below the parapet? Good for you! You should be proud being a good parent to your son, giving him the best in life, and doing it all on your own! Good on you for speaking out and highlighting this disgusting hypocrisy! Only wish could have been able to stick up for you and tell the army of deluded fawning 'fans' to duck off.

Thats how it will come across to many who watched it, I'm sure. But one positive is Harvey and that it may inspire at least one person to educate themselves on disabilities, including sensory issues.

I watched it and have a couple of observations....

1 - He was absolutely thrilled when he was going off to residential school...clearly couldn’t wait to get away from her, happy as anything going in the taxi!

2 -Everyone in the film apart from his own Mother was able to settle him and manage his behaviour!

It may have been bots. You can pay to have a barrage of abuse thrpwn at you via bots to drown out negative words.
Right now its imperstive the image is cleaned up.
Ive seen commenters get attacked and Im aware of the repetition of words etc.
The aggressiveness is generally an indicator because its designed to intimidate so you dont speak any truth.

He actually comes across as very capable when he's not with her. None of the other adults yelled at him. I see that Alice also used makaton to support the speech when she was talking to him. I also saw Harvey use makaton when Zack & Jamie visited his house. I have never seen skanky flaps use makaton to communicate with him. I'll bet she hasn't even bothered to learn. She obviously thinks shouting at him is better .

Did anyone notice what they were given to eat when the friends visited her house?.....pizza

Crawl did get an acknowledgement right at the end. A sneaky glance at a mobile or similar on the table with his stupid face on it .
