I think you will find she's using the excuse that she's moved in with her mother, because the mother is so ill & also her sister has moved wedding to a few weeks away because the mother is so poorly. Trying to get out of going to court & likely jail. Plus making a big fuss of her rancid feet situation again. IF courts fall for this scam, then they are fools. Surely they know she's been abroad and on long weekends, most of this year and she's using the mother's illness gain for her own gain. Desperate times, desperate measures. Seems unlike any 'normal' person, the courts make an exception to this CON artist. She really is pulling out all the stops now. Harvey, pictures with the kids (who she will say need a roof over their heads), poorly mother, Knackered feet. Mental Health. You name it, she'll use it to stop going to court. As you say, Hotel Priory as a last resort back up plan, if all else fails.
