I came to say pretty much the same thing. I run very regularly, am about the same weight as KHM and I burn approx 400 calories on a 5km which takes me about 27.5 minutes. She is a complete fantasist.She did not run 5k in 24 minutes- also average calories would be between 300-400, the bigger you are the more you burn.
