I’m way behind but, Alessi is tormenting this witness like a cat with a half dead mouse …..
What's his angle here? Because the witness stated on some LinkedIn or blog post he had a degree? He never stated that on the stand, he just confirmed his job title and description, and it said 'pending' (or was it in progress?) on his CV.

Do you mean by the man on the stand today ?
The guy is a forensic analyst, so he can read that info. So I'm wondering if you are thinking that the Lexus is recording data incorrectly, or accusing him of reading it incorrectly, or manipulating it somehow?

Ignoring for a minute the criminal trial and beyond a reasonable doubt standard of proof and instead looking at civil liability do those people who support Karen think on a balance of probabilities basis i.e. more likely than not (the standard in a civil trial) that the dog/Alberts or Karen is civilly liable?

No not accusing him of manipulating anything. But his reports were totally wrong, all the calculations were wrong. He pretended to have a BA in science

Ooooof did anyone see Brian Walshe is now trying to get his incriminating google searches thrown out because the Norfolk County DA determined Cellebrite reports aren’t accurate (as in 2:27 Hos long to die in cold)?

Chloe had prior for bites, one of the people she bit is on the witness list along with her husband.

Personally I think the marks on his arm are from the dog but the dog didn’t kill him. The bang to the head killed

I seen a video on X earlier of a former Canton cop named Peter Murphy. He said he personally knows the man who removed Karen’s Tailight to frame her. Now I don’t know if I believe him because if that’s true he should be on the stand but you should look him up. He has retired years

What is the significance of Jen McCabe searching hos long to die in cold at the earlier time?

Bear with me....

I believe she did it as she says when Karen asked her to BUT assuming the alternative theory.....she searches at it at 2am. The dog attacked him. He went to the basement Brian Higgins punched him and he fell and hit his head. But he's not dead. They decide (weirdly) to put him on their front lawn rather than take him and dump him further away.
Jen is searching to find out how long it will take for him to die in the cold?

If he wasn't dead when they dump him (and he wasn't because he died of hyperthermia). So he was alive when they dumped him there and they're all inside trying to work out how long it would be before he died so Jen googled it.
It seems a bit of a tit way to cover up a crime. How do they know he wouldn't call for help or Karen wouldn't come back and pick him up or he wouldn't call someone else and then he would be able to tell the police what they did to him?

I don't get it.

To be honest I think the defence have proved this better than the commonwealth, they have discredited most of their witnesses. The ME stated there was no impact from a car. I also watched the first trial when they had Dr Russell on over the dog bites. And then all the others that were in the house with their constant change of testimony, getting rid of phones, blaming proctors reports as not what they said etc. the group texts the butt dials…to me it all shouts cover up. Like if she did do it there would be no need for anyone covering their steps, we would have no destroyed phones no butt dials etc

There could be all sorts of reasons people don't want their phone history revealed publicly. Their entire history. Especially men....I'll say no more.

There's not a given timeline anywhere that would make an alternative scenario fit. Between actually carrying it out, planning how to cover it up, contacting other people to also play their part, and not knowing what loose canon Karen would be doing, there is not a timeline that would tie all this up, none.

Let's say Jen didn't see John coming in the house, which is why she kept texting him 'here?' 'where are you?' etc. What then? He was beat up half to death and then she just....went along with it? And searched how long to die in cold, alongside her daughter's basketball game results? Really?

Or let's say she did see him coming in the house. What's going on there, the men are all fighting/beating him up to death, but mastermind Jen has the presence of mind to think 'aha!! I'll keep texting him as if he hasn't come in the house, that'll come in handy!" - but then proceeds to google how long to die in the cold in the middle of the night.

And while the men are beating John up, only half to death, they have the foresight to throw his phone out into the cold to make sure its temperature drops, as well as his hat, so that it freezes to the ground level.

And after all this, Jen and Matt casually leave, giving someone a lift home, with John lying on the lawn. All the other guests come and go. They just all head off to bed as if nothing has happened.

Nope, no timeline that fits.

And you think there's enough evidence for this to be more likely than not? To the civil standard of proof?
They definitely look like claw/teeth marks. I’ve had 14 dogs over the years - mainly labradors. When they’re pups/juveniles they chew everything…grazing the skin through clothing. Our now 11 year old, used to make marks with her top teeth - and get her bottom teeth caught up in the fabric. My daughter was furious when she had her Spiro the Dragon onesie on - and it ended up full of holes 😂

Can they use lie detector’s in the USA ? I remember them getting a confession from that evil , disgusting rum bag murderer, Chris Watts…..If I was on trial for something I didn’t do, I’d go on live TV hooked up to a lie detector

I believe there was still a bit of life in him when they put him outside and that explains the 2.27 google search. He must not have died instantly with the bang on his head as there was vomit on his clothes.

I don’t believe they instantly thought to frame Karen, maybe they were thinking they could say a plough must have hit him but then Karen ringing Jen at 5am and saying “could I have hit him” sealed her faith with them.

There was no puncture wounds on the underside of his arm, so couldn't have been bite marks.

Yeah absolutely agree with you there but it was the day before the order came into place and it was both of the Brian’s, it can’t be all just down to coincidence

Kathleen Peterson had marks on her skull that looked like an owl's talons but guess what....the owl didn't do it, her husband did.

No dog DNA. No dog.
