He lied. He's a liar. It's all lies. Ignore the whole thing. The dog did it*.

*But with her top teeth only
Each witness could sit up there wearing a clown mask and it still wouldn’t make a bit of difference, she hit him with her car. Too many true crime obsessive think everything is Cluedo when really, the majority of cases are very straightforward.

Someone on a Facebook group said she really enjoyed today as the past week was a bit boring, so this spiced things up.

A man is dead, and people are watching for entertainment. Insane.

And people are stirring it up for followers and likes and SM fame.

The more followers and likes, the more money they get. It's sick.

If I had a screaming hysterical woman with me who said I hit him with the car, why would I think I needed
he was a first responder and the only one with experience to perform CPR before the ambulance arrived.
You also describe Karen as hysterical as have some of the witnesses. Of course she was hysterical, she just found her boyfriend dead, I would be hysterical to, would you not ?

I think Jen was clever enough to know that some CPR wasn’t bringing John back.

And Karen was hysterical from the moment she hit John right up until she ‘found’ him.

She was hysterical before she found him. She was hysterical when she woke the niece up. At that point he could have been asleep on Brian's couch. Unless you knew he was likely dead already.

He was frozen to death. Karen was in no state to do CPR she was hysterical. So you waste five or ten minutes going inside waking Brian up him getting dressed and coming outside or do you focus on doing chest compressions on John and waiting for a defibrillator and an ambulance ? I think you do the latter. She did the right thing under very stressful circumstances. Even with hindsight and objectively she did the right thing.

You could look at this another way with your conspiracy hat on maybe getting Brian out there to lay on him to warm him up would have been a great idea so as to contaminate the crime scene and explain Brian's DNA all over him. To ensure there would be footprints in the snow from the house that could be explained by Brian "helping" him. So if there was a conspiracy she definitely would have gone to get him out there. But she didn't.

there is a difference between an out of date CV and blatantly lying about having a degree that you don’t have
Worse than that, he claimed to have a degree that doesn’t even exist. Had another one on there that he “expected” to get - it’s been 17 years 😅😂

What a sad way to look at the world. For all we know he could have started a degree and gotten sick. Or a family member died. Or life took over. He’s working full time and taking the studies alongside. He clearly doesn’t need the degree anyway, so what gives?

The fact people have to attack an innocent witness to explain away a murderers actions is absolute insane 🤦🏽‍♀️

This comment does just sum up the people that are pro prosecution for me. They don't need to hear from any credible witnesses, don't need to hear any evidence, just she did it and its not fair that she's getting to put up a defence

Pro prosecution? What a made up word. I’m pro evidence.

The DATA today showed John didn’t move after Karen reversed. That’s the timeline. That’s the numbers from the LEXUS.

Yet the ‘defence’ only have a LinkedIn account to attack. They know they can’t dispute the data, that’s why they panicked about this getting let in.

Show me what credible evidence, or what credible timeline that fits an alternative theory, and I’ll listen.

No one is attacking him. He lied and said he had a degree that he doesn’t have. He also made mistakes in the calculation in the reports. It makes him another non credible witness for the commonwealth.

IMO if it was as cut and dried as “she did it” there wouldn’t be so many outraged law enforcement / former law enforcement, lawyers and judges.

Carol Erskine hasn’t given an opinion on innocent or guilty but has said that she doesn’t believe Karen is being given a fair trial and that her 6th amendment rights have been violated with the latest change of letting Aperture in.

It doesn’t strain credulity to believe something is afoot when there are multiple witnesses who have perjured themselves, lied to the grand jury, lied to the FBI. The same police department managed to “miss” 32,000 texts between Matthew Farwell and Sandra Birchmore then rule her death a suicide until the FBI came along.

He didn’t lie. Do you have a screen record of where he said that on the stand? He also didn’t write it in the CV that was produced to the court.

Cherry picking the parts to fit a narrative never works, but it’s what the defence rely on.

The MOST credible data is from Johns phone and Karen’s murder weapon - both of those cannot be refuted. Everything else - smoke and mirrors. The raw data tells the story.

Can you please give me your version of what you think happened, and how it has been covered up?

I’m a very logical thinker, and I like to see the whole picture. Not once have I seen a scenario that works in my brain to explain how all of the events that happened, happened.

If you have a scenario that makes sense, I’d love to see it so that it would give an alternative to what is really quite obvious.

If you're lying about qualifications in court, what else could you be lying about? Why didn't they just hire someone from Lexus Japan to go through the car's onboard computer?

He didn’t lie in court 🤦🏽‍♀️ and I don’t know, ask the Commonwealth 🤷🏽‍♀️🤣 maybe the defence could have hired someone to show she didn’t have a collision impact.
