The key cycle with the reversing at speed was after the car had been seized though…

Shanon Burgess who is currently on the stand, analysed the car data, can’t tell the difference between bits and bytes and lied about his certifications

People from the house that night lied about their whereabouts, changed testimonies, the apple data with 3 flights of steps can’t be replicated just by driving on the road. Higgins was driving a plough with a load of lights on it he’d have seen John by the flagpole.

Innocent until proven guilty, they still haven’t managed to get it beyond a reasonable doubt yet even with changing the time of the vehicle strike and location - fire hydrant then flagpole
But there weren't three flights of stairs in the house either so it doesn't support the dog attacked him theory either.
Incidentally my Fitbit says I climbed 152 flights of stairs today. I've been decorating so have been up a stepladder a but but I can categorically say that i haven't been up 152 flights of stairs.

That’s why it’s innocent until proven guilty
That's just some common idiom that really means nothing. A 'not guilty' verdict still doesn't prove innocence.

The usual tactics are in play as predicted - if you can't discredit the evidence, discredit the witness.

Gosh this is almost uncomfortable to watch. He can't get any redder. This is the same expert that is accusing the defence experts of being unethical and misleading...

There was the basement, the first floor and then the top floor.

No, they don’t. They look like they came from a dog.
Is that the German Shepherd that mauled him, but managed to leave no DNA, or hairs? Describe to me how that would happen. I've owned German Shepherds and they moult something awful. If I knew a way to prevent them leaving enough hair to make wigs from, I could be tempted to get another.

Absolutely it can happen where a not guilty verdict does not mean innocent but commonwealth “expert” has been able to prove anything

There’s 2 sets of stairs in the basement, the one on the plan and a bulkhead one not shown on the plan that was photographed by the FBI and defence
So he went down one flight into the basement and then one flight to get back out to where he was found? How do you end up with three flights? Why didn't the temperature on his phone go up?
