There’s 2 sets of stairs in the basement, the one on the plan and a bulkhead one not shown on the plan that was photographed by the FBI and defence
So there was a further basement? Below the basement? Not shown on any plans?
I'm not being facetious - I just haven't heard this betore

You seem to be confusing supporting someone and just watching a trial and considering the evidence.
My bad - it was another cover up theorist that compared believing Karen to 'women supporting women', not yourself. That's what I get for trying to multitask!

It’s 2 different ways into the basement I believe. One goes from the interior of the house and the bulkhead goes to outside and has wooden doors over the top then another door inside.

This explains a bit better

Ok so I still don't get three flights of stairs. One down to the basement one up. How does one ever get to three flights? How does the apple data support that he went down to the basement and then he must have come back up again...which is two flights

Just out of interest those who say they think Karen killed John (whether accidental or not) do you think that Richard Allen committed the murders in Delphi?

And those who think Karen is innocent what do you think?

I believe one of the Jurors in the Richard Allen case said it came down to asking "who else could it have been". This was a wider that started and ended (at least) in a public area.

For me, I don't think Richard Allen had a fair trial and have concerns about the confessions but I cannot say I think he is innocent.

I think that Karen Read did hit John but it was accidental or she didn't realise. I wonder of she was so drunk that's why she thought she left in at the Waterfall and had forgotten the trip to Fairview.

Both cases I believe had botched investigations.

After this happened the basement floor was replaced, Chloe was rehomed and the house was sold under value.
The selling of the house - I think I'd move if I had tikokers filming themselves trying to reverse at 24mph outside my house and the world was being told my address and that my entire family were involved in a murder and conspiracy to frame an innocent woman.

Maybe they got rid of Chloe because she only had a top set of teeth?

House was listed for sale a few months after the grand jury indictment before the case had any sort of major attention 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think the Delphi case is a tad more complex. There was such a strange sharing of information to the public and the police held a lot of information to themselves, as well as releasing e-fits that wild differed and the confusion over which one should be paid attention to - it was all very strange. Richard Allen was also held in solitary confinement for such a long time and I do think he suffered severe mental distress - did that lead to the confessions?

In saying that, he did apparently know information that wasn't ever realised to the public - but other details such as the car he drove didn't match eyewitness accounts so... that's a really tough one, but I do think it has significantly more complex context than this one.

One could look at this another way....giving up control of the house, the new owner could have voluntarily permitted the police in to spray the whole basement with luminol. They'd have been better off hanging onto it if they had something to hide. Selling a house is not like disposing of evidence - it actually puts you in a worse position because you lose control of it.

Why haven’t the commonwealth been able to find a credible witness and prove their case beyond reasonable doubt?

The floor had already been ripped out before it was sold so it’s not going to show anything if it’s a brand new floor.

The new owners also said to them what had happened wasn’t disclosed when they were buying it.

Maybe Brian Albert just wanted to sell the house where a person he classed as a friend was found dead on his lawn? I would too.

It's almost as if people forget that life moves on, things change, circumstances have to be dealt with. Brian testified that they had thought about selling the house previously as the market was good. It would look more damning if he'd held onto the house - and then the thought process would be that he could avoid any sort of searching as 'he was a cop'.

Circumstances such as murders don't have to be disclosed in a house sale.
