It's still just his normal hours, so I don't think I can. He's only been there a week so still getting into the routine, but he loves it so far. Selfishly, I didn't want to rock the routine when it's still so new and (so far) going well!

So, my current boss has got the promotion, so I’d slip into his role if I was successful. He’d still be my manager.
He’d be on the panel, his manager, and then maybe another senior.

i Automatically get an interview because I’m classed as disabled… if I want to go down that route…
But essentially just a personal statement and then the interview. Which they could ask for a presentation, could do a group task and then the actual interview
