I agree with @Violetroselily , if that doesn't get better, you should get a GP to give a sample and get a more targeted treatment.
The Imodium seems to have sorted out my botty. Just feel like I have lots of trapped wind now. I'm feeling v nausous which I think is combo of hunger and wrong drinks.

Is the squash juice helping any? You could also try making a yoghurt drink, just lessening the acidity of the juice itself, if you could stomach the yoghurt.

I had a great day in the Musee Carnavalet and Musee d’Orsay. I also walked up to Sacre Coeur. It was a bit too hot to be in Montmartre today with its eleventy billion steps.I hadn’t seen the photo shoot pics, thanks for alerting me to them! That’s not his most flattering angle, bless his socks. The Adidas shoot was better but I’ll check out the other CL ones, thank you!

Are there many people around? Oooooh, the Musée Carnavalet is nice, I haven't been in ages. I love the Marais district in general, it's so lively. There are better pictures out now, but that was the first I found

There were throngs of people around Sacre Couer and I couldn’t move in the Impressionist rooms in the Musee d’Orsay without constantly bumping into people! Tomorrow, I’m spending all day in the Louvre so yet more crowds.Montmartres steps are a mess on a good day.

There were throngs of people around Sacre Couer and I couldn’t move in the Impressionist rooms in the Musee d’Orsay without constantly bumping into people! we have had a few in our years our first date was a gig… that I was supposed to take my ex to- Status
